The staff is very professional and caring. The attention to you as an individual is beyond excellent. When I fist called the office it was a Sunday, the receptionist took my information and said someone would call me the next day. I was surprised that by Sunday evening Blanca with the attorney office called me. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and take all my information. They continue to keep me up to date on a weekly basis. If I call them with questions they are always available and are willing to answer my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great attorney.

When i Called them they were at my door the next day, it took a while and at some points i thought they may have even forgotten about me but that was because they were fighting really hard to build up the amount of money from the other insurance and lower the doctor bills, i went from the first offer of only getting about 3.4k and i was really disappointed cause my motorcycle was completely totaled and my shoulder was fractured, after like 2-3 months of fighting they got it all the way up to 16k for my pocket instead, they mean business and are on your side! At first with how much the hospital bills were and they take of the money i was only going to get 12k, but they felt bad that they were going to make more money from it then i would so they decided to match me and let me keep an extra 4.1k cause of it, like that's pretty amazing to say the least.

I had my accident back in November of 2015 and Lloyd Baker was able to take on my case immediately. Within 6 months, I was able to get my car fixed and everything was negotiated and finalized. The staff is very helpful and responsive to my emails and questions. Would go to them in the future again.

After you're in a car accident you don't know who to turn to. After many phone calls and web searching, I found Lloyd Baker. I spoke to Mary who took my call after hours. She made a personal visit to my home as I was not able to drive after being rear ended. She made the paperwork simple and explained the whole process. Lloyd Baker even reached out to give me a call and ensure they were doing the best they could on settling my case. After medical bills and attorney fees, I still pocketed over $11,000. Unfortunately, I was rear ended again this year but was so thankful that I had a trusted attorney to turn to. I recommend Lloyd Baker to anyone looking to get what they deserve.
