Mr. Hineman has gone above and beyond his contractual obligation to represent, support, and guide me when dealing with my legal matters. Not your average attorney!

After enduring an extremely controlling and mentally abusive relationship for 11yrs, I couldn't even muster up a voice for myself. I felt like a failure and didn't have a clue of where to begin to pick up the shattered pieces of what remained of my life and my children's lives. Mr. Hineman's office was the first office I walked into when I decided to seek counsel, and I did not have to look any further. I knew I had found a diligent, professional team to represent me in my up coming divorce/custody battle.
I was in a constant battle with myself because I was still allowing my ex to manipulate my thoughts. Mr. Hineman helped me realize this and genuinely guided me towards the path I needed to take in order to begin a successful life and career for myself and my six children. Without his guidance, I would have never enrolled into counseling (which helped me heal tremendously, and helped build my self-confidence). Nor would I have believed I could still pursue a college degree at my age.
Not only did Mr. Hineman represent me at the most vulnerable time in my life, he advised me on what I was entitled to and answered every question I had with no hesitation. He was very respectful and courteous to me, as his client; but as soon as he was presenting my case in court, he was extremely aggressive and professional. Even in an intimidating court room, Mr Hineman was never, even once, apprehensive for any reason. He was very organized for all of the dozens of hearings I endured throughout this lengthy three year process, and paid particular attention to every minute detail.
Without Mr Hineman's dedication and expertise, I would not have had such a successful outcome with my divorce/custody battle; I would have allowed my ex to take control of this situation as well. There are not enough words to express the amount of appreciation and gratitude I have for Mr Hineman and his amazing team, for helping me get my life back. Phil Hineman and his staff have been very helpful and supportive during this difficult time. Guidance was given and questions always answered. I highly recommend them if you need to file bankruptcy. We will soon reach the end of this process and are thankful for their assistance.

Mr. Hineman helped my daughter in an very tough case where the opposing party was extremely difficult to deal with. Two prior attorneys she had actually flat out quit the case due to the headaches the opposing party was giving. One of the quitting attorneys is a long time prominent attorney in town. For over 2 decades I have worked in a field where I have regular interactions with attorneys. I have witnessed Mr. Hineman's personal interaction with his clients, witnesses, the judge and the opposing party. He stands out as one of the few premier lawyers in town. Intelligence, knowledgeable, savvy are just some of his positive traits. When needed he can be firm and is not intimidated by anyone. His goal is this case was to get the best outcome for my daughter which certainly was achieved.

Having to get an attorney to take care of family matters is very difficult. Phil is a compassionate experienced hard working attorney that can think outside of the box and make you feel comfortable with a very difficult situation. He knows how to get the job done with positive results. His professionalism is reflected by the experience and competency of his staff. I would recommend Phil Hineman law office for anyone needing help with family matters.

Mr. Hineman and his staff were very professional but also warm and friendly. I was made comfortable during a very trying financial situation by their clear and timely communications. I was able to ask questions and discuss my situation.
When I was looking for help I found most of the other offices to be bit of a “Cattle Call”. Not here.

I am from CA and was in a traffic accident while in Yuma on business. More than a year later I received a DUI charge in the mail from the state of AZ. They waited 364 days to file a charge and then mailed it to me a month later expecting me to jump through hoops for them since I am out of state. After calling several lawyers in the area I found Phil and hired him immediately. He has fought diligently for me to preserve my rights and has done everything possible to mitigate the adverse effects something like this would have on my life. His vast knowledge of the state’s laws which are the strictest in the nation, as well as his years of experience working both as a prosecutor and defense attorney makes him bar none the best choice in the area. I am grateful to have found Phil in this difficult time and would strongly endorse him and recommend his office for others who are in similar situations. Nobody wants to call a lawyer, but if you have to you’d have a hard time finding someone more committed and competent than Phil Hineman
