  Went there for bubble lights and also left with a hot tub. Logan was the litehouse employee, very very knowledgeable person,she went above and beyond answering questions. Would recommend to everyone wanting answers on hot tubs

  I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and attentiveness given to me by the staff. I've been able to constantly communicate directly with my salesmen with questions or concerns with no hesitation from him to help.

  Terrible customer service, will not warranty anything. Stay away from this place. Bought a pool sweeper and it lasted 2 months, wont take it back and you have to wait on Pro Pools which will get you one in 2-3 weeks. Terrible company!!!! Terrible products

  Spent over 5,000.00 last May on an above ground pool and installation from litehouse pools in Mentor. Only used the pool a couple months before I closed it. Opened it this spring and I have a crater in the bottom of my liner ! Called litehouse and they won't do a thing to correct it. They tell me there is only a 90 day warranty on installation , and when I called the Litehouse installation dept their response was "that's Ohio weather for you" . Absolutely horrible Service . They don't stand behind their products or installations

  Terrible customer service, had a problem with hot tub the first week. I knew there was a problem so they sent someone out, charged me a hundred dollars and told me there was a problem. Wtf

  Excellent service for all years whether from managers like Jeff or David, salesman like Dan and even the cashiers are polite. 10/10 would shop again.
