Terrible, terrible customer service. Everything started out good after talking to Jeff at a local event about some plants I wanted to order. He gave me his card and seemed very willing to help. He said to just call to order and that he would actually hand pick the plants from the nursery himself. So I called twice to place my order and was told both times that Jeff would call me back. After no call back I called a third time and talked to Mark. Mark was one of the most condescending, dismissive businessmen I've ever talked to. Ultimately his message was that they were too busy to help me as Jeff originally described and that if I could hand-deliver them a list of what I wanted, then "when they could fit it in" they would get me some prices and see if I'm still interested. Mark's tone during the whole conversation was appalling. Very disappointing experience. Jeff was cool but Mark totally turned me off. I'll never try to do business with them again.

Havel's has a great selection of succulents and if you need any help picking out the perfect ones just see Jeffhe has an entire greenhouse devoted just to succulents!

Best place in the area! Carol and Mark are amazing. It's the only place my entire family will go for our floral needs (and more) on every occasion.
