  We just love this store. Have shopped there several times over the years and can't live without our hats! Terry knows his products, has an eye for style and is a dog lover on top of all that! Be sure to visit.

  Terry was extremely helpful! My wife and I traveled from Ohio down to Key West for our one year anniversary and were shopping for family. We found a hat for my wife's grandpa but we were not sure exactly what size to get.(Small thru XL)Terry told us if our purchase did not fit correctly we could ship back and he would send us the correct size! Best hat shop on Duval! Thanks Terry!

  Knowledgeable service! How many people can look at your head & accurately guess your hat size? If you want cheap souvenir hats, go elsewhere. If you want a hat that provides comfort and sun protection, go here.

  I love my hat! I arrived in Key West and was looking for a functional but unique hat, the ones in the "touristy" shops just didn't appeal to me. Terry was very knowledgable and I got a great hat, he helped me with everything and even taught me how to store and carry it properly. I highly recommend this place, a great selection!

  Purchased a hat here while on vacation. Walked in, asked what kind of hat would look good on me, they picked one out, I loved it, my wife loved it, our friends loved it. Great experience. I top my hat to you sir! :)

  Professional, knowledgeable Hatter
  Over the years I have purchased many hats and found numerous dealers lack the basic knowledge of their products. Not the case here. The owner, Terry, is an expert on his products. He is very welcoming and spends the time with each customer ensuring you get just the right hat for you. Just to be able to talk to Terry is worth the trip to the store. You will not be disappointed besides the Tilley hats are the best.
