  Craig and Robin at Island Comfort Mobility, are two very caring individuals. Their personalized service and immediate response is worthy of 5-star plus! The expression on my husband's face as he zoomed off on his rented power chair was priceless.

  I shipped my scooter from MA to Keys. After assembly, it would not start. I called Island Mobility. The owner told me how to reboot the computer. He didn't make a dime but he made a customer for life.

  Reserved a Pride go go scooter on Thursday the 1st and it was delivered to the hotel as requested. When I arrived to the hotel the place was a dump. I had to call Island Comfort Mobility at 08:30 on Monday evening. The owner actually answered! When I explained the situation he offered to bring the scooter to the new hotel. He was super nice and accommodating!

  Stay away from the place. The owner is a pathological lier and has all the excuses in the world in order to not to do the job. He can promise to call you you back "in 15 minutes" and then he never calls back. My story short: I left a scooter for repair and it was there for a week. I called the owner and and he said his technician Willie "just opened it" and is trying to do estimation. When I came next day for estimation(he never called back), the owner said he is not ready for estimation and offered me "to roll out the scooter out of his shop if I don't agree with that". As I had no choice, I had to leave the scooter there. The owner never ordered an electric box for the scooter and the scooter just idly stayed there. I really don't know how this business is still going around. Hopefully, he will go bankrupt soon as the owner doesn't deserve to provide any service to the local people of Key West or tourists.
  I warn you one more time - under no circumstances have any kind of business with "Island Comfort Mobility" - it is a fraud and scum company

  Please do not waste your time and money, or risk your personal safety, at Island Scooters of Key West. Patronize one of the reputable, professional and ethical scooter service and rental businesses in the city
