Been going here since the 90's when it was unmarked and much less known. It's a great place and it'll always have a special place in my heart.

I went to Lion's Den Gorge today (10/29/17) for my first time. I found ample parking. The park has beautiful trails. The trails along the bluff are a bit scary as there is no protection from falling down the bluff. But the handicap trail is nicely groomed and easily accessible. The stairs to the beach are nice and well maintained. My only complaint is that I wish they had better signage to help direct you, both TO the stairs, and back to the parking lot FROM the stairs. I got turned around and lost my way a bit in getting back to the parking lot. Beautiful park and nice long beach for walking along!

Gorgeous and easy hike. Multiple paths to choose from along the way! (I personally loved the cliff/lake side path the best)

Beautiful place, but there were so many other people out, and the trails/stairs/bridges/structures were so developed it was difficult to feel like I was actually in nature. More like a city park full of tourists.

Beautiful park, beach can be a little crowded on nice days. The walking trails and marsh areas are really neat. Bring bugspray!

Beautiful hike with great trails. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is because I wish the trails were longer. We wound up making loops a few times.

Lots of trails and the Lake views are spectacular. Lots of steps down to the Lake but many landings make it easier. Will definitely come back again!

Like Schlitz Audubon Society without the fee. But, parking may be challenging on busy days (The only reason for losing a star.). Otherwise, a lovely bucolic destination to visit. For those wanting quicker access to Lake Michigan views and ample parking head to Concordia Cliffs in Mequon at Concordia University. Take the steps down if you have time.

Lived in the area all my life and did not know this was here. Check it out! Loved the trails and views of the lake. Great place to walk and hike and get some exercise. If you play Pokemon Go there are plenty of Pokestops.

Lots of trails to walk on, things to see. Can walk all the way down the hill with stairs provided to the lake. Any time of year is fun to go and see how it all changes.

This place was so scenic and well taken care of! The leaves are changing color this week and I plan on going back. Without a doubt the coolest place to hike in the area!
