So smart to have a Christmas tree lot fundraiser!!! Staff was So friendly, seeing the animals for adoption was easy and volunteering is made effortless.

I had walked in with my boyfriend and we asked if a cat was pregnant at that time to which the lady had said yes, this was incorrect as when we asked to see them she had no idea where they were (because they didn't exist) on another occasion i had come in alone and wished to see the boss, i was disappointed to here she was out getting her nails done. okay. while she was on the clock? she gained payment for getting her nails done?

The volunteers and staff at the Lincoln County Humane Society are first-rate. Besides providing a clean no kill shelter, they also aid the community with low-cost spay and neuter and vaccination clinics.

6 months ago be and my bf wanted to get a dog, my bf suggested the shelter here in Merrill, not being from around here I was a little uneasy having not the best experience in the past with other shelters. Got there and the girls at the desk were super helpful and let me look around and take my time. We found our Finn but he was not up for adoption yet and was a stray. They were wonderful with informing us with how he was doing and if on chance he was claimed. After a week we brought him home and he is the bed addition to our growing family! The staff here really love the animals and do such a great job and really took the time to do a meet and greet with out other dog as well! We did find out later Finn was a little bit younger then what we were told and had lymes but other then that was fine. Again if you want to go to a place with great people and animals that are loved and cared for this is it! I can't say enough great things!

They sold us a dog (The one on my profile picture) that had distemper,pink eye,and about three other diseases. They did not tell us any info on when it started and the girl was VERY VERY RUDE! We suggest going ANYWHERE else to get your dog so you do not have to pay over $1000 on medical bills for your sickly dog as well! I am begging you never to DONATE OF BUY A PET FROM THEM! They waste the money they receive. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If Google let me I would give them an even lower star ranking! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! I MEAN IT YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU GO HERE!!!
