HORRIBLE! waited 7hrs to be seen and they still did not figure out everything that was wrong! Went back home and wasn't getting better with the medicine, called just to have a nurse call me back literally 24hrs later, after I had already returned to the hospital because I couldn't take it anymore. Second trip to the hospital and it took me over 9hrs to be seen!!!! Another lady rolled out in her wheelchair cursing and going crazy because she had been waiting 4hrs with a broken foot! This hospital also allowed someone to have a stroke in the waiting room a few years back because they took so long to see him. GO SOMEWHERE ESLE! TRUST ME ANOTHER 30MIN DRIVE IS WORTH THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT!!

I had to call this place for professional reasons to request medical records on a mutual patient. The lady who answered the phone (Waldrop) was rude and mean. She was so caught up in her own misery that she did not seem to care that I had a patient sitting in my office in pain. When I addressed that she was being rude and told her the patient should come first, she hung up on me. It took over 30 minutes to receive the records that I requested, even after faxing a signed release to her. I will advise my patient's to NEVER go to that facility. We pull records on a daily basis from many other hospitals and medical facilities. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Every time I've been here, I've had great Drs and friendly staff. Wait time isn't too bad either.

I'm surprised about the poor review scores. Any urgent care or ER facility is not going to be a pleasant experience. You are already sick and upset.
The staff were wonderful. The doctor listened to my whining, attentively. Most important of all they made me feel better.
Fantastic and CHEAPER alternative than most Emergency Departments.response / report this review -

It took 3 hours to have 3 stitches in my hand and I was the first patient in when they opened. If you like to wait you'll love this place.

I go to this facility (known as "Lex-Lex") all the time and have never had a bad experience. The staff I've interacted with were always knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have all my tests done there and use the urgent care department exclusively. I don't remember any excessive wait times. Bring a book!

Don't go to this location. Went to this location with my hubb and he was in pain. Sat in the lobby for over a hour and half. Just to have a nurse put him in a room and say the doctor's stuck in traffic.

I'm not from the Columbia area and I only know about urgent care because it was recommended to me by a friend. I must admit when I went here in the past it was in the day time and I was pleased with the service that was provided to me but after last night I personally will never go back here or recommend this place to ANYONE! Last night in which I hate going to the hospital at night but I really needed to go. The customer service was awful from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. I waited almost 5 hours just to be seen and once I was seen The doctor didn't examine my symptoms or anything I was asked a few questions from the doctor, the doctor left the room the nurse came in and said that nothing is wrong but they will prescribe me medication that may or may not work 😡😡😡😡I'm currently going to a different hospital to be seen by a different doctor. This place was really a waste of TIME and MONEY.Please take careful consideration of the reviews and if you care about your health PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼️
