Lewis Air just completed the replacement of my heater and air conditioner. The crew of Jon, Jose, Joel and Duane did an outstanding job! They communicated with me, finished the job in one day and cleaned up all the work areas. The best part is that I now have an efficient system just in time for summer and it will last for years.
Philip provided me a great price and his crew performed as was promised. I highly recommend Lewis Air for your project.

Highly recommend you call Lewis Air Services before going with anyone else. I was referred to them, and I am glad I called. Spencer is a rock star and delivered excellent service. The AC company that came out last year tried to tell me I just needed the thermostat replaced, which I was skeptical about. And, of course, as we are approaching summer, my AC is blowing air, but not cold air again, and the problems are the same. I called Lewis Air this time, and Spencer diagnosed several issues that the other company should have addressed but didn't. Spencer took care of everything, walked me through each step, and explained what needed to be done to get cool air blowing again. He was amazing, and I am so thankful to have found them. Be sure to call them if you are having AC issues! They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and will do everything they can to help!

From the initial consultation with Philip to the installation by Hans, Jose, and Tanner everything was top notch. I was offered multiple options to replace my 36 year old heating & a/c unit. Each option was thoroughly explained and I never had the feeling of being sold more than I needed.
I chose my install date & the guys showed up right on schedule. Hans walked up with a big smile & intoduced himself. They were all so professional yet very personable. They finished the job in about 5 hours and left my garage & side yard completely clean. Tanner showed me how to use the new thermostat both on the wall & on my phone. They answered all my questions & left me with a beautiful new furnace & air conditioner. I highly recommend Lewis Air!

We had our old heating (gas) and air conditioning system replaced with a new Heat Pump system. Lewis Air Services was very responsive and helped us pick a system and package that was best for our home. They were able to install it four days later. The installation crew were the best. Hans, Louis, and Henry were on time, polite kept me informed of their progress, were knowledgeable about the system they were installing and cleaned up before they left.

We've had pretty bad, inefficient HVAC for years. Finally decided to do some about it as our old system was on its last legs and called Lewis Air because they've done minor repairs on our system before and always offered very fair and reasonable pricing for their services. Tanner and John just got done installing a brand new slimline compressor in a better location than the previous 16 year old unit, a slimmer blower unit in our garage to replace the old one that had started to die, as well as a new dedicated duct run to our master bedroom so it can finally be heated and cooled more than 2°F without it needing to run for four hours.

Not only did they remove and haul away the old units, for the blower they patched up the top of the wooden box it sits upon (and which is how air reaches it from the intake vent) so it's still capable of generating enough suction at the intake to properly move air through the house, but they also removed and hauled away the concrete slabs the old compressor had been installed on!

None of this was easy to do, at least not for a regular person, but they did it all in under a day and were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. They made sure to explain how the entire system works and what sort of regular maintenance I should be doing to keep it running as long as possible, issues to look out for in the future that would require a phone call to the experts, and they even handle registering the equipment for warranties so it's one less thing on my plate. Oh, and they cleaned up everything when they were done!

All in all a very good experience, fantastic value, and honestly the only thing I would have done differently is call them about five years ago to do it so I wouldn't have suffered through the last few summers with the craziest electrical bills of my life and insufficient A/C!
