Be prepared to wear your coat, 😲it's a meat freezer in there!!!😳 ❄️❄️❄️I was eating and freezing!!! The food looked good, I ate the crab cakes but they were spicylike why??? 😩Every body doesn't like spicy mainly for health reason. Fries were good, salad had a funny taste to it.. like yuck! 🤢Couldn't eat it. If they cut the cold air and spices in crab cakes I may think about going back! 😒 😩

I had a taste for seafood and this hit the spot. The little neck clams were super super small so I wouldn't recommend anyone get them. I would go back but I'd try different items.

Perfect casual spot for blue crabs. I had 6 of the "medium" crabs, which are one step down from the large. They were still nice sized crabs, and very meaty. I also had the sauteed scallops entree. The food was delicious, and the service was very good. I am traveling down to Wilmington every week for work, and this will be one of my go-to places for seafood, including of course crabs! Oh, the prices here are very reasonable.

I found this restaurant while searching "Yelp" for a decent seafood place in New Castle and stumbled across Lestardo's. I am glad I did

There is nothing special about the location or decor, however, the staff is very friendly and the food was good. I had the BEST crab cakes ever at Lestardo's. Tuesday is $.50 wing night and the wings were excellent. Well done on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our server was very friendly and efficient. If our glasses were half empty, she automatically refilled them.

Lestardo's is a "blue collar/working class" hangout, so do not expect anything fancy. With that in mind, if you are just looking for good seafood, friendly service, and a laid back place to dine, then you may want to give Lestardo's a try. I will definitely eat here again.
