I visited this store yesterday 8/1/15 and service was great. I've been looking everywhere for a band that works with my engagement ring. I walked in and a lady behind the counter showed me a band that I fell in love with, right away.
The customer service was great and I plan to visit again very soon. I was so amazed.response / report this review -

I walked in today because I was shopping on main street anyways and I needed my ring finger sized because me and my boyfriend are ring shopping. Anyways, I walked into the store and a lady came to the front to help me. I'm not sure if she was the owner, however, she was extremely rude and short with meher customer service skills are clearly lacking. I look very young for my age so I'm not sure if she thought I was playing dress-up, but I can assure you that I am plenty old enough to be ring shopping. I was treated like a silly little girl who didn't know what she was talking about and was treated like I was a waste of her "precious" time, not to mention how she treated her employee!
When she had answered whatever questions I had she told me to bring my ring in and they would re-size itwhenever I am ready to have my ring sized I can promise that I will never give them my money or time ever!response / report this review
