    Last Friday my 2011 Honda Odyssey was parked in front of my house unoccupied as a drunk driver hit it. Unfortunately it was a total loss. Today my husband and I purchased a new Honda Pilot EX-L with Tito Torres and he's the best. Never thought we would buy a car in less than 2 hours. Thank you for making a terrible situation into a wonderful experience! We hope to make new memories in this Pilot!

    i move from other state and trying to buy car this time i am trig to buy pre-owner car and i am trying to stick with Honda and i went Lehigh valley Honda , at that time service was good but after that if u have problem in 2 day after purchase no one give me good ans they don't have any ans ,(make sure when go there think about before u buy car after that u don't have any choice ) no 1 star i am not satisfied with my purchase ,i re comment buy Honda new-one ( i miss my old Honda dealership from my town which gave me good service )

    Went there to sell my 2007 Nissan Frontier. Minor body and mechanical issues that needed work. Cap, racking system, bed liner and tow package extras, 88630 miles. Talked to Matt who took it for a ride around the lot, gave the body a glance and didn't even lift the hood. Made me a ridiculous offer. Said he would only take it to the auction where it wouldn't bring much because it needed extensive work. Went to another dealer and tripled the offer. Thank Matt!

    The experience was great until the end when the business manager swiped my daughters credit card with out her permission and I went to shake the sales women's hand and she was upset so she ignored my gesture of kindness to say not today but we would be back . To be honest my plan was to discuss the deal with my daughter and return the next day and make the purchase . Now since we where lied to and we where because we was told that the need for the credit card in the sales ladies hand was to show we where highly interested nothing more and then they swipe the card as we are leaving and asking for it back bad business . You had a sale we where returning the next day for sure now you have nothing and I'm gonna make this aware to everyone . Scam artist your dealership is , we asked to see the numbers to see how the final cost would lay out and got told we are taking a lost that's all you need to know at this point like come on let's have better customer service and sales service . For a place that has been in the business for 30 years I would never expect that from . I will tell you this I am making complaints to the better business bureau our credit card company has been made aware so they can make future customers aware and I'm only getting started you scammed and bullied the wrong people .

    I had bad experience when I went there for 2018 Honda Odyssey. They gave me their pricing, I said no and I need time to think. They asked me how much I'm willing to pay. I gave them number based on what number I was given by other Honda. She went back and came back with manager. Manager was rude that I gave that number. He thinks I gave him number that is way too low. I told him I gave him number that I got from another dealer and I have the pricing in writing. He was still rude. I'll never come back to Lehigh Honda again, not even for service.

    I purchased same Honda from another dealer with the same price this week and I'm very happy.

    Honda Managers - you need to learn how to treat customer and be nice with them. If the price is not good for you, then you just tell customer in nice way. No need to be rude with customers.

    Came here for an airbag recall. We were accomodated very nicely (given a free loaner vehicle) because we live about 2 hours away; round trip. We were also given a complementary exterior wash and multi point inspection as well.

    I would like to note that during the inspection, it was uncovered that I needed both my air filter and cabin air filter changed. Since I normally do the vast majority of maintenance and repairs on my vehicle, I was already aware of this.

    I would also like to note that everything pointed out on the inspection report was 100% accurate.

    In other words, they were
    HONEST and didn't recommend things like some garages do; to make money on unnecessary repairs.

    I did however decline to have the filters changed by them for two reasons.

    One was because I already purchased the filters to install them myself and like I previously stated, often do my own repairs and or maintenance etc

    Secondly was the fact that the cost quoted to me was, in my opinion , EXORBITANT.( $106.00 for both filters installed with tax) I purchased both filters for less than $20.00 online ,the combined job is 5 minutes tops and very EASY to do. That being said, this is a dealership and dealerships have to charge an arm and a leg because of their enormous overhead.

    In closing, if you need recall or warranty work done here, then they will take great care of you. Otherwise, my recommendation is to go to a GOOD local garage or do the job yourself; if you are capable and or have the time etc.

    My car had an airbag recall and it had to be exchanged (for free). The appointment process was easy and they took my car right on time. The sales person, L. Stewart was extremely friendly and did excellent follow up on the vehicle to ensure costumer satisfaction. He takes pride in his work and it shows in how he deals with costumers when they are at the service center, and after they have received the service. I would recommend this service center because of the quality of work and the quality of people working there!

    This is the third vehicle we've bought from Lehigh valley Honda and we will keep returning for future upgrades. They are trusting and helpful. More than just sales people they want to work with you to make sure you leave satisfied. The whole team was great I wish I knew all their names. Mike and Mark thank you for your professionalism and for your patience with my picky taste. Danny thank you for your kindness. Sincerely the whole team is great.

    This place has a great environment. Ariel was an amazing sales person, and worked with me on my price points. He treated me like more than just a client, and even picked me up from my home. He was friendly and it was a very enjoyable experience working with him. If you guys go, definitely ask for him!

    Well to start, I ordered a part that was not available and I was never informed that the part I ordered was not available. The parts order person ordered the wrong part without me knowing. Therefore, it was either get the work I wanted done, which was to protect my doors with a door guard, with a part I did not order, or not have any work done because the part I ordered "was not available, nor was it available anywhere" (which I'm still not sure why because it's all over Honda's website). I chose the former because I was not in the mood to be lied to and there seemed to be no other solution for me. However to add insult to injury, after getting my job was done, I noticed that the sides of my door were not cleaned before my guards were installed. The car was not filthy by any means but there were salt deposits from the ground from preparation for the snow. I do not have the tools or skills to clean it myself because as instructed by your detail center it is best to have a vehicle detailed properly to maintain the clear coat and paint. However, with this new issue if I don't get it fixed, I could be damaging my paint because of the salt that was not cleaned prior to my door guards being installed. I will have to get the guards taken off, cleaned, and reinstalled which will cost me more money. I love Lehigh Valley Honda and Vinart but sometimes I have a hard time vouching for the company because of situations like these. I sometimes wonder how much of my desires and needs are considered, or if it's about money and nothing else. This write up would never happen if the fine details were payed attention to.

    I purchased the 2017 Honda Pilot from Lehigh Valley Honda because of the positive relationship I've had with your owner Andy Wright, even though I live within a half a mile from another Honda dealer. Andy has been very generous to my community.!i found everyone in the dealership helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was very positive. The Managers I spoke to and the Saleslady Maggi were great. I am very happy with my purchase. I will recommend Andy's dealerships to anyone I speak to and I will come back.

    It was an amazing experience. One of the staff members Arielle was a great. He helped me get into the car I wanted the same day. Very kind. Respectful. Does his absolute best to make sure you are satisfied. I would recommend anybody who wants a nice car and great deals stop by and see him

    This dealership is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always seeks to give each customer the best value. Trevor was awesome! He greeted me at 7am with enthusiasm, made a list of everything that needed to be done to my car in a timely manner, was honest about what was a priority and what was not, and even gave me a great deal on the repairs. Thanks Trevor and LV Honda for a great experience. I am a customer for life.
