Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! When I called Legends Honda, I was able to talk to Katie Wilson, the Sales Manager. I told her exactly what I wanted and told her I needed to get into a car pretty quickly. She quickly sent me the inventory they had for what I wanted. I didn't have the time to go and sit for hours at a dealership, so she started the paperwork and got the car ready while I was still at work. When I got to the dealership, everything went very fast and smooth. And everyone I worked with was so friendly and helpful.

I was having trouble with my old loaner for my car payments. Took my car to Honda to refinance and Adam helped to give me an amazing deal! Kevin and Esmeralda also made me feel super comfortable while walking me through all the paperwork and car features. They are great people and would love to work with them again!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2017 Honda Civic! Steve and I worked out the financing prior to me coming in, so that cut out a lot of time at the dealership. He also made sure I got everything I wanted and still stayed within my budget. Deandre took the time to answer my questions and showed me all the features in the 2 cars I was considering. He was patient and kind, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When the deal was done, Allison made sure I knew about every button and feature in the car before I left the lot. The atmosphere at the dealership was so calm and laid back. This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend this dealership and will tell all my friends!

Andrew was amazing to work with, no pressure, answered all my questions/concerns, gave a full overview of the vehicle. Very satisfied!!
Joshua also was great to talk to for the week before coming into the dealership. Once again NO pressure!
Before we left Alison provided us with all information on then “tech” side of our vehicle! She walked us through how to connect my phone, how to use apple car play, maps and much more. She was a GREAT help!
We feel Legends Honda went over and beyond, we will for sure be back! And did I mention, we have never owned a Honda before BUT they may have switched us over 😉response / report this review -

We had an excellent buying experience. The Legends Honda (and Toyota) dealerships have "product specialists" that help you find the right car that meets your needs. We have a young family so we were minivan shopping. Steven was our product specialist and he was very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel any pressure to buy. We had done our research beforehand and had a ton of questions and he was able to answer all of them. If he didn't know something, he found the answer for us. We went across the street to the Toyota dealership and had a similar experience (they have the same owner) but we ended up going with the Odyssey.
Shawn was the "negotiator" but he was also easy to work with. We originally decided on a van that was in Columbia so it was going to be transferred in. After sleeping on it we changed our minds and decided on a van that was on the lot. Shawn didn't even hesitate when we told him the next day we had changed our minds. I was fully expecting him to act like it was going to be a big deal to cancel the transfer because of all the paperwork and how long he spent finding it for us. But no big deal.
When we went in to pick it up, our delivery specialist Allison was great. She went over every feature of the car and made sure we knew how to use everything before we left.
When we need another new car, we will definitely be coming back!response / report this review -

Great service. Very friendly. Andrew Donigan did a great job telling me about the car. Technology is not my good suit. Appreciate the GM coming up to me thanking me for the business and hope to enjoy the new car I got today. Thanks to Scott the general sales manager here working with me to make this deal happen. I bought a new Odyssey in July and the customer service was amazing! I drive a lot for work so I called yesterday for my first oil change. They were able to get me in hours after calling and Matthew at the service department was great!! Very detail oriented and professional. In our conversation we discovered we were both prior military. He then informed me of Hondas 10% military discount on any service and applied the discount for me that day. The Legends Honda has proven that dealerships can be trusted and that they will go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Legends Honda!

As I was buying a new car for myself, for the first time I went to Honda at legends. And let me tell you they were absolutely amazing they were all so kind they made me feel at home, and as soon as I walked through the door they all greeted me with a smile and they made buying my first car very easy And exciting. I just want to give a thanks to Michael, Ethan and especially Lauren for staying back and helping me figure out the new Features that the car had and for also answering all my questions. Thanks to all of you, you guys made my first car buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommended that you buy a car from here!!

We were in the market for a new SUV. After exploring many different options, we settled on the Pilot. We visited a number of Honda dealerships and came back to Legends Honda. The sales staff and management were extremely helpful and willing to take the time we needed. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make this car buying experience a non-pressured and pleasant one . I was in the market for a new Honda Civic and was recommended to Allison by a work connection. This was my first time buying a car by myself and she was extremely kind and understanding of all the questions I had, took the time to test every type of Civic with me to make sure I knew which drive train I wanted. Very open communication so I knew exactly what was going on. Allison along with Jeff who was almost like a father figure in my car buying process were phenomenal. Even after I had bought and taken the car home, she made sure I was happy and answered questions I had after the fact. 110% recommend Allison and Jeff.

We had a great experience at Legends Honda. It started with getting an e-price from Ryan Kemp. He was prompt in getting back with me on an e-price for a car and remained in contact to see about our interest. When we arrived at the dealership, we found Michael Wile to be very helpful and Ryan was most gracious to allow Michael to work with us even though we had first contact with Ryan. Michael spent about 3 hours with us, showed us 2 different cars, answered all our questions, and was knowledgeable and helpful--and no pressure and no "sales tactics." Charbel the sales manager was also great to work with. We had a great experience and would gladly return to Legends Honda.

Kav and Shawn are the epitome of professional and I wish all would emulate them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and what our price points were and found us a great fit. They did such an outstanding job we bought two vehicles instead of the original one. Legends Honda has our business and I encourage others to buy vehicles from them. When the time comes for a new vehicle, we will definitely be going back to there to them without any hesitation.

No high pressure. Monster inventory of all models. Service after the sale is every bit as nice as before the sale. It sure does not hurt that fresh whole fruit, bottled water, soda pop is free on a self serve basis. Very comfortable home style seating for your service visit. If you want a Honda, this is the best dealer experience in metro KC. I tried all Honda dealers before I discoveted there is a nicer place to do business--Legends Honda is the finest for that new car purchase and the awesome oil change experience.

Met Josh and Rob last evening. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the car I was looking atthe Honda CR-V. I did not go to buy but drove home my new purchase! Everyone I met was friendly and had a smile on their face. This was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership. I recommend Legends Honda, and especially Josh and Rob, if you are looking for a new/used car. They treated me like an important person. :-) I like that.

What an excellent experience we had at Legends Honda on Saturday! If you are shopping for a new vehicle, I strongly urge you to visit Legends Honda. Everyone with whom we communicated was genuine and kindly answered all our questions. At no time did we feel we were getting the runaround, as we have in the past with other dealerships. We are very pleased with our leasing agreement, and the safety features on my HR-V EX-L with navigation make me feel secure and confident. In addition, its classy, sassy style is exactly what I had in mind for my new ride. You can trust the people at Legends Honda to do the right thing--we do!
