I was able to negotiate a deal for a particular demo Sierra 1500 over the phone, including a trade in, because I live 4.5 hours from the dealership and needed to have the details worked out before committing to driving that distance. We made the drive and arrived just before closing time that day and were able to cover everything necessary to complete the purchase and take delivery. The three staff members I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating in every way and everything went as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee GMC to friends and family.

I did a substantial amount of shopping online before I found the GMC that was perfect for my needs at Lee in Auburn. Not only was it a fantastic price but they also went out of their way to prep the truck for me before I came in to look at it. My sales rep Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and made me feel like he wanted to get me the best possible deal. The entire experience was great and the full team did their part to take care of me. I would absolutely recommend Lee to anyone searching for a vehicle, new or used.

I stopped in to look at trucks in July 2016, I was greeted by Chuck Poulin. Chuck showed me a few trucks and we had a polite conversation regarding what I was looking for. I didn't want to break the bank but I wanted some "bang for the buck".
Through active listening, Chuck set me up with a choice of two trucks which suited my needs. I didn't intend to buy that month but with the right truck, a fair trade-in evaluation and great customer service, I drove away with my new GMC.
When a salesman represents their company like Chuck had, relationships are built, customer loyalty grows and the company's name becomes the salesman's name.
I plan on returning soon to outfit our commercial fleet with GMC trucks from "Chuck".

When I had some time with a friend, we went to Lee GMC, and took a look at some of the trucks they had. A sales person came out, and asked me if I liked the truck, I was looking at. I said, that I like the new body style and the color. The guy starts telling me, "let's go inside, and we can start filling out some paperwork ". I told him that I was only there to look around. And, he gave me a flat toned answer for all of my questions. If anyone, and I mean ANYONE is looking for a new truck in the GM family, I beg of you. Please for the love of GOD, go to Emerson Chevrolet, just up the street. The people are nicer. And, they do not pressure people to go inside and fill out paperwork, just when you say you like the body style, and the color. If it was possible, I would give LEE a ZERO star rating.

Our experience with Lee GMC in Auburn, Maine has renewed our faith in knowing that there are excellent dedicated people in the this industry who genuinely care about customers. Beginning with Mike, our salesperson to staff in the service department, all our needs were met. The service department waiting area was clean, offered amenities, and we were routinely kept informed of what was being done on our new GMC Terrain. Since our appointment was near noon, we even were offered a ride to a local restaurant for lunch! How perfect in today's world was that? This business has earned our highest rating for all around exceptional service. Thank you!.
