    If you purchase a used vehicle be aware of there extra charges. They don't advertise this but add in a $1,500 "reconditioning fee" in addition to the $999 processing fee. $2,500 in extra fees is ridiculous based on what most other dealerships charge. They will also tell you that the reconditioning fee is for this and that which doesn't appear true. I looked at 3 trucks all of which appeared to come straight from trade in or auction without any attention. 2 of the 3 had scuffs and dents and the 3rd had bad road rash on the tires. All 3 needed cleaning.

    I did purchase a truck from them which they did clean before I left. I was also disappointed that 2 weeks after purchase my washer fluid is bone dry which means they didn't even take the time to fill that up while doing their "reconditioning". When I left my truck also had about 1/4 tank of gas in the tank. I thought it was usually customary to fill the tank for buyers. I would not purchase from them in the future as I feel the dealership can't be trusted and are mostly interesting in maximizing profit over customer satisfaction.

    On a positive the Salesman, Sales Manager and Finance Manager were very helpful and easy to deal with. No complaints about them. The salesman had the truck I contacted them on up front and ready to go and was very helpful as I compared several other options.

    I took my car to get the works package done which I always get when it’s time to get my oil changed. Part of the package is they check your brakes and tires. According to my paperwork my brakes are in the green which is supposed to mean they are good. A week after I had my car checked out I hear this grinding sound. I took my car to another shop and they told me my front brake pads were nonexistent, which is what caused the grinding. So obviously when I took my car to Leckner Ford to get everything checked out they didn’t even check my brakes but wrote on my paperwork they did. I will not be going back. I paid for a service that didn’t get done. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    When I showed up the salesman Nick Bailey had the truck I wanted pulled up and ready for me to look at. His manager John Rossel was understanding and willing to work with me.

    I almost went to my local dealership, but I am glad I came here! Customer service is always better out in the boonies!

    I worked with Nick Bailey, he was lovely, very nice and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. The dealership is a little far but saved me alot of money, well worth the trip! Would definitely recommend!

    If you go here make sure to do yourself a favor and ask for Nick Bailey! One of the most knowledgeable salesman there, very relaxed and easy to work with. Made an easy deal with him and the sales manager Chris Ballard, they saved me so much time and money, THANK YOU!

    I've known Nathan Jordan for over 15 years. He's honest, reliable and straight forward. If I ever needed to purchase a car in the MD/VA area, I would completely trust him to steer me in the right direction.

    I have been in the market for a new truck that could accommodate some towing chores. I was greeted by Nathan Jordan and he was nothing short of a customer's dream. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

    I had the most amazing experience buying my new car. My salesman Nathan was incredible! He was very informative, answered all questions, listened to my concerns but most importantly he was very funny and it felt like we've known eachother for year's. I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone!

    This was my first car buying experience, so you could say I was a little nervous. My salesman Nathan was so personable and made me feel comfortable through out the whole process! He listened to my concerns and what I was looking for and not once gave me the stereotypical "pushy" salesman vibe. I hope to keep my car for as long as possible but if I ever needed to get another I'd def go back here!!

    I was disappointed that they did not wash my vehicle after service like the previous dealership owner and that it smelled like grease on the inside. I have a 2015 Mustang with 3000 miles and I have tried to keep it pristine. They also needed to be told to check the tire air pressure, all tires were 28 - 29 psi

    Super disappointed! To make a long story short, one of the few things I wanted on my next truck was a back up camera. Upon asking the sales person if the truck had one he said yes. Upon paying for the truck and getting it home that day I noticed that the truck did NOT have one. It was partially my fault for not checking but still wanted to get a camera installed. I was told it would cost $800 which is ridiculous. I instead said I would pay for half seeing as how it was both my fault and the salesman's fault. I have not heard anything from them since. Repeated calls and emails and nothing! I would not recommend Leckner Ford which is disappointing because there were so many good reviews. Go somewhere else!

    I was traveling over 500 miles to purchase a used car from Leckner Ford. It was a rare car, and being so far away I couldn't see it in person before I decided to buy it. Phil Beardsley and Deandrae Peyton were so helpful in providing pictures, details and even an in depth video of the car so that when I got down there, there were no surprises. The car was exactly as advertised and they worked out every detail on the purchase with me beforehand so there would be no hassle once I got down there. The whole team was excellent, and the vibe around the dealer was very relaxed, not pushy and aggressive like you get from most dealers. It was great dealing with Leckner Ford!

    My experience at Leckner was both efficient and pleasant. This was the 9th car I've purchased and by far the best transaction. When I arrived at the lot, I wasn't surrounded by pushy salesmen. Phil helped me from the beginning by actually listening to what I wanted. He didn't waste time trying to push cars that I didn't want and I ended up buying the second car they showed me due to his diligence. Alexis was my sales person and she was very easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable. The application process was quick and straight forward. Terry in financing was fantastic and answered all of my questions and helped me out with a great warranty. I was in and out of there in 2 hours!! That's never happened. I've had several questions since the purchase and Phil has always been very responsive and helpful. I can't recommend the team at Leckner Ford enough!

    My husband had emailed 3 different sales people wanting to purchase a new Fiesta however neither one provided a purchase order. He is a cash buyer for his business. He is now looking at other dealerships due to the horrible customer service he experienced.

    This is my first purchase with Leckner. I purchased a new 2016 F150. I worked with Ryan Cypress with the sale of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable through the entire sale. The only downside was getting the paperwork done for the loan as the finance department was down to one person due to an illness. The whole process was a bit too long for me, almost 5 hours. The price was right and I would certainly consider purchasing again from Leckner Ford.

    I bought my used 2016 Chevy Malibu from this dealership about one month ago. This was my first time buying a car, and for my first time it was a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Alexis Stolz, who even went so far as to pick me up from Richmond so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting my car that I was driving at the time back to Richmond along with my new car. When it comes to customer service, Alexis definitely goes above and beyond for her customers! If you are thinking of going to this dealership, ask for her and she will definitely make sure that you leave with something you like and also have a great experience buying that vehicle too!!!

    Alexis helped me get my husband the car of his dreams for Christmas. I came in for one vehicle and was half way through the process when we noticed the car of his dreams sitting on the lot. She happily switched gears and got us in the vehicle he has wanted his whole life. She was amazing, it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we purchase new vehicles regularly. She went out of her way to entertain our children during this as well. Top notch service.

    I tell you what, this is by far the best dealership I've ever been to. Yes, the building is a little old and could be redone, but the staff there was outstanding. I strolled in there late on a Tuesday to price out a new vehicle and get my car appraised for its trade-in value. Little did I know I would be walking out that evening, high on life because I had a brand new car. Mr. Ryan Cypress was my sales rep that night, but has turned into my new car guy. I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 8 years and yet Mr. Cypress was the only one I believe to truly take care of me. His sales professionalism, customer service and product knowledge was something I've never seen before. He was confident when describing each detail about every car I asked about and was happy to do so. In a couple years, when I am looking for a new vehicle, I will again drive an hour to get help from him. I have told everyone I know that the drive to your store is well worth it. I recommend you set up some sort of training, with Mr. Cypress leading, demonstrating his remarkable sales excellence. I cannot forget Mr. Phil Beardsley. I expected much less from the manager of a dealership than was given to me. Mr. Beardsley answered all of my financial questions around the trade-in that Mr. Cypress was unable to answer quickly and thoroughly. He also sent me a personalized email a few days after the sale just to ensure I was taken care of. These two gentleman make a great team and I believe will do great things at your dealership. Thank you again Leckner Ford!!
