We were out-of-state buyers and Leanne quickly helped do a virtual walk-thru for a home in which we were interested but could not be in the area to see personally . She helped us make an offer on the house, though advised us that it was questionable that our highest offer would be successful -- a realistic evaluation.

We then spent a few days in the Morganton area and Leanne was a gracious and helpful host and agent. We appreciated her knowledge of the area and home values. We subsequently made an offer on a second property and Leanne did an excellent job of helping us get a good deal.

We've been extremely impressed with Leanne's follow-up and care as we've transitioned to North Carolina. She's always willing to help us find local people to help with our home. Thanks again, Leanne!

Leanne is wonderful to work with. In a desperate real estate economy in Morganton, she represented the us very well. In one year there were 26 houses on the market close to our price-point and only 8 sold. I believe we were the 9th.
