  I made a warranty work service appointment several weeks in advance. They were going to replace the thermostat (I was told on the phone they had one in stock). Second priority was a malfunction in a slide operation. I dropped the RV off on a Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. as scheduled and came to pick it up the following Monday at noon as scheduled. I was told that they didn't get the thermostat fixed as they didn't have one after all. The slide malfunction was dismissed as a manufacturing issue so that wasn't fixed either. The only thing they did do was replace the refrigerator door that I brought in from the manufacturer. I would have done the door myself but I thought I would have it done under warranty. I would not recommend lazy days RV in Ramsey Minnesota for service work. I ended up calling the manufacturer about the slide and sent pictures. I then stopped at another certified warranty service place that made a modification to make the slide work flawlessly. They had it done in a couple of hours.

  Always pretty nice to us no most of the time. Sometimes a bit pricey. Better before all the staff shakeups.

  Camper leaks. Door doesn’t shut … camper is a piece of junk … called to get help was told basically stuck with it …. bring in for service… on 4 th of July weekend!! Soo this being the second time we were going to use it and it leaked the first time. General manager just blew it off to people below him …
  Never should have gone to Lazy days!!
  
  Should have listened to other people!!!
  Don’t shop here! No customer service

  Excellent, over the top, attention to our recall situation and a few other questions we had. Recall taken care of in a few hours while we waited in comfortable surroundings. Always pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you!
