Great people, friendly, courteous, happy to help. I had plugged a tire Friday morning after finding a nail hole. Plug was good but tire mfr recommends internal patch as permanent. Sat morning they were open until noon but they kindly took me in and quickly got me back safely on the road.

You cannot get better service. Called yesterday asked if all my info was in there system from the last time I purchased tires and yes it was. I asked if they had the same tires for me, yes they did. Made an appt for the next morning, they greeted me with a smile, had all my info, took my truck and was in and out in a half hour. The people working there were amazing and super friendly and very helpful. Will only go here for tires!!! These are my third set by the way.

I've been coming to the Layes for years. A few more (new) faces in the front than before but the same incredible care, hospitality, and honesty. I couldn't trust anybody more with my cars. From oil changes to when I needed my radiator fixed, these guys are the real deal. Best in Highlands!

They lie! DO NOT do business with Lays Tire!!! --The manager will look you right in the face and tell you how sorry he is while smiling the whole time! Wanted to smash that smile right off his face! STAY AWAY!!!
Update: Just had my tire work done by Florida Tire Terminal (on US27 across from the college next to the armory)--- Did not have to wait after calling them and the price was cheaper as I did not have to pay a tire disposal fee-- very professional and they get 5 stars from me!
