We have used them for a little over a year. With the last order I just placed, I verified my pricing, then received an invoice with a price increase of more than .40 per box. I was told that they have been selling at a loss and there was shipping added to it, which I was supposed to receive for free. The CS rep said there was nothing they could do about the price increase, but could take the shipping off to the sum of .10 per box. That's a heck of a shipping charge. Completely unhappy with their care for customer service!
