Lawall Prosthetics is a great company. They're knowledgeable, friendly and quick. They're not just prosthetics in the sense people think. My son uses SMOs (Supramalleolar Orthosis) braces for support in walking. He is 5 and Autistic, so waiting around getting his feet looked at is not his ideal day. They were incredibly easy going with him and adjusted themselves to his comfort level. We drove an hour and a half just to go to them in Wilmington. Lawall are always there for him and our family with kindness and understanding.

I absolutely love this place. We usually get our care at christiana, but my pediatrician referred me to this Lawall practice when my youngest daughter needed a cranial orthotic. It was the best referrel i could have recieved. Their staff is capable, intelligent, and accommodating. Jess, at the front desk worked with me everyday for a week to get the paperwork and insurance approval through quickly, knowing that time was sensitive for my baby's needs. She did a lot of the actual work and transfers for the process herself, instead of shuffling papers back and forth in snail mail, or making me come in.
Our therapist, Charlotte, is simply amazing. She has always kept in amazing contact with me, fit in appointments that intersected her personal schedule, and is very clearly a professional at her job. My child's helmet has needed several adjustments, and she has made her a priority in every way. Even taking time to reach out for consults when we had a rotation problem. All of my questions are answered thoroughly, and i always return home with a sense of confidence that i can do the things she has shown me to care for my daughter.
I have not interacted with a lot of the other staff, but they are always quick and happy to show up and help when we need an extra set of hands.

We have been going to Lawall for almost 5 years now and they have always been kind, courteous and helpful. The staff goes above and beyond for each visit and always makes sure we are happy and comfortable with everything before we leave. Heather is our favorite and my daughter looks forward to seeing her each visit.
