I and my husband availed of the legal services of the law office of Atty. Erik Severino. We were very satisfied how the bankruptcy matters were handled from the pre-filing consultation to the discharge of the case by the court. Erik was always ready to answer questions. Waiting time during the visits to his office was very short. His replies to emails were very prompt. Plus he has a very supportive staff.

I had an initial call with Erik and it was a really good experience. I was seeking advice for a special situation that made me consider bankruptcy, was given great consultation without charge, and at the expense of possible lost business as the advice was ultimately that bankruptcy may not be right for my situation. My wife and I came to Erik and his team for advice concerning our legal matter. Upon arriving at his office, he made us feel very comfortable and really took his time to listen to all our inquiries. Erik was very patient and answered all our questions very professionally without talking "money for services" like some firms do.

Scott and Ciara also did a very good job in handling our case on his behalf. They were very prompt in answering questions and kept us updated while our case was ongoing. They are very quick to communicate and would always help should we encounter any problems or issues.
