I had the most amazing experience at Lavender. This was my first stop when looking for my wedding dress. My consultant was Frankie and she was WONDERFUL! I felt very comfortable and at ease. All the consultants that were around while I was trying on dresses made me feel so welcomed - like they were just as excited as I was! I did end up going to look at 2 other shops that day, but, I knew when I left Lavender that I had found the one. (The other bridal salons did not compare to Lavender, AT ALL.)I went back less than a week later and said yes to the dress! I loved the big rooms, the platform with all the mirrors, and the quality of the dresses. I couldn't recommend Lavender more!

Had the best customer service experience here! My consultant Frankie was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with me as I went from wanting plain styles to trying on every style. She also pulled a dress for me to try which become THE DRESS!! Can't wait to continue working with Frankie and the wonderful staff!

I had the best experience at Lavender Bridal. My consultant for the day was Frankie. She was absolutely AMAZING! The staff made myself, family, and friends feel very relaxed, welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking for a great experience while wedding dress shopping. BTW.I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!!!!!!

Although it is a small store, I love that they have great customer service. The staff there are wonderful. You really get that one-on-one time with your bridal appointment, which makes the whole experience very stress-free. I love my wedding dress, and I can't wait to wear it on my big day. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Lavender Bridal to any bride looking for one-on-one consultation and employees that truly care about you finding The Dress. They have a caring and attentive staff who select options and offer advice tailored to your specific needs and wants. I had previously gone to a 'big box store' and I felt brushed off and as if I was just another bride in line for a dress. This is not the case at Lavender Bridal. You find unique dresses, a caring staff and all the small town charm that Dover, Ohio has to offer. The staff are truly one of the best group of women I worked with during my wedding. They are simply the best

I found my perfect wedding dress at Lavender Bridal Salon. All of the staff are very helpful and they take their time to help you find the dress you want. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, but I am originally from Dover so it was an obvious choice of somewhere to visit when looking for a dress. I'm very glad that I did make the trip to go home to check out Lavender because their selection was better than the store I visited in Knoxville. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dress for her upcoming wedding! I wish they had been around when I was attending dances in Dover in high school.
