Waited 2 weeks for a ceiling light I ordered at New Philadelphia Fenton Light for around $300. I did not want the display light they had up. I was wanting a new one. I picked up the ordered one to take home to install. I opened the box and found the wiring with plaster on it and the pole with scratches and a rust spot on it. Took it back and reorder for a second new light. A second light was in after 1 week. Picked it up. Found in opening this Light had been previously installed and was either returned or was used as a display. Took it back and asked sale clerk for the history if he knew if a display or used light that was returned? Mr Fenton told the clerk to give us a refund and get us out.

Great customer service, Many neat items in the store. The chandeliers are my favorite to look at.

This place also sells things like electric motors and such. Which is why I went. It isn't just lighting.
