  Very understanding. As I had to return an item due to personal issues. They have understood and given me credit. They are also cleaning up some jewelry I have. The staff is so friendly. And I'm looking forward to buying a bracelet from them. Maybe soon in the future a wedding ring. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Love love love everyone there.

  Super happy with the team at Lauren's! I've made a purchase and gotten a ring sized. Everyone I've chatted with was friendly and accommodating, very easy to work with. The in-store selection is gorgeous, diverse (so many options), and high-quality. I love a small, local jeweler. And, Lauren's will be my go-to!

  I recently dropped off my engagement ring and wedding band for resizing and have fallen diamonds replaced. Lauren gave me a very reasonable price and had the job done two weeks earlier than I anticipated. My rings look better than new! The quality of work is exceptional and Lauren is an absolute joy! When someone loves what they do, it shows in their customer service and quality of products and services. Lauren and her team exceeded all expectations and I am very happy with my rings!   Lauren and Tyler have helped me numerous times over the years and it’s been a positive outcome every visit. They will work with you and your budget and truly personalize your experience. Each time I’ve been in I’ve had a unique vision for what I’ve wanted to get my wife, and they always provide options and different ideas to make sure I’m taken care of. Won’t shop at any other jeweler!

  We love Wyatt’s! My fiancée and I purchased my engagement ring and our wedding rings there - we were very involved in the process, and the staff ensured we felt comfortable with our budget and approved of the final pieces. We stop in regularly to say hi and get my diamond cleaned. They couldn’t be nicer 💍☺️
