My boyfriend went in with questions about engagement rings. When he told her my preferences she insisted that he was only being cost efficient, and would not work with him on acquiring the stone I wanted. Then she belittled him for not knowing the band I wanted when we haven’t talked about it. When she could’ve assisted him through the process and gained a recurring customer, she drove him away. From a customer service standpoint I’m horrified at the treatment he received. Whenever I served someone with a lack of knowledge that was always an opportunity to go the second mile, and really cater to them. Not insinuate that they’re cheap. We will never step foot in that building again

She was wonderful. I went in there too sell a piece of scrap gold and she was very helpful. While there, I noticed all of the gorgeous pieces and she was having a great sale! I ended up buying a gift for my future daughter in law and a new chain for my favorite necklace. Very pleased with quality and service!
