John was very pleasant and efficient in completing the electrical inspection for our house. He also investigated the possibility of installing an outdoor 30 amp outlet to provide electricity for an RV. He explained in detail how the project could be completed and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to have the job done. John was thorough and very patient in answering my questions about the project. I highly recommend his work.

Tim came on time. He used safety protocols and was courteous. Tim was thorough inspecting the possible source of a water leak in an awkward place located in my utility room. He explained exactly what would be needed to solve the situation. Tim presented reasonably estimate prices. Overall, I am very satisfied with Larry & Sons business practice. I would definitely recommend this company. By the way, they actually contacted me a couple days before my scheduled appointment date which I appreciated. Good job. Triple thumbs up.

We have always received excellent service from Larry and Sons. My husband and I love the service reps’ personalities, professionalism, and their work ethic. We had a leak under our sink and called Larry and son. They were able to dispatch a plumber a week earlier than scheduled. Chris was our plumber. He was friendly, with a nice sense of humor. Turned out the issue was simple and Chris took care of the problem. If you have plumbing issues, call Larry and son and ask for Chris. Thank you!

From the very first call I placed on a Sunday about emergency service until Clayton came out today, everyone I spoke with is AWESOME! Called to cancel emergency visit because water had come back on. They responded timely and always professional. Came today to check water/well issues and offered suggestions, not pushy! Even better, service call is half the price of most others I’ve come across. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic service, great people (really can not stress this enough), reasonably priced and very timely. 5/5, will be using them for all future needs!

We have had two visits to date as we get accustomed to our new home we purchased in May of 2018. They have reviewed both HVAC and Electric in our home. They have given us solid and reasonable evaluations with action plans and we are pleased with the results to date.

We will be utilizing them for some major electrical updates and upgrades, we will continue to share our experience moving forward.

More updates: We had an older Heat Pump system break on us (19 years old). From the initial diagnosis of the problem, to being walked through our options for a replacement, Larry and Sons managed this process in the span of 12 hours. Amy Jo, Justin, Seth and the rest of the team really came through for us. This especially matters to us because five days before our Heat Pump broke, we welcomed our first child.

Trust me when I tell you, these people will take care of you, and are tough to beat in terms of service, professionalism, and that special, caring touch. There might be cheaper options out there, but at least give them a call and have a conversation before you settle elsewhere.

Would definitely recommend Larry and Sons-- John A. came to service our furnace and was excellent-- even labeled pipes and explained things to my husband. Very professional!! Had an issue later that evening with a smell coming from furnace and contacted them first thing the next morning ( which was a Saturday). Had a return call back within 15 minutes and a technician(Josh) at my house by noon to fix the problem. Great customer service by all and that's hard to find anymore!!! Would definitely recommend Larry and Sons !! Keep up the great work!!

Amy is always very friendly and personable. She is very willing to set up appointments around our schedule. John is very friendly and personable. Once again he did a great job keeping our "antique" furnace alive for another year. He is honest about the problems that are occurring and yet not pushy about buying a new unit right away. He is letting that up to us when we are ready financially. Thanks again Amy and John!!

I have an older furnace and I had Larry and Sons out once before to fix a different problem. I asked for the same technician Earl, because I felt that he really knows his stuff, he's pleasant, comes on time, and I completely trust him that he will only recommend something if it truly is needed. I feel that he has been around for a long time and has "seen it all" and therefore can fix the old furnaces as well as new ones. Both times he was able to diagnose my problem quickly and even showed me exactly what was going on, and what was needed to fix it. I will definitely call Larry and Sons again if I need them, and I will always request Earlthey are lucky to have him.

My wife and I have been thrilled with the work that Larry & Sons has done for us. We've had Andrew, who is an absolute plumbing craftsman, out a couple of times, and his work is strong. He wants everything just right, but he explained all of our options every step of the way so that we didn't pay for anything that wasn't necessary. We've also been very pleased with Jason and Nate's work. Really, this whole crew is on top of everything. Give them a call!

Highly Recommended! Hot water heater went out over a holiday weekend and was not able to get a local company to come out. Decided to extend my search to a service provider outside my area which led me to Larry & Sons who were happy to set me up with an appointment the next day. Andrew was my technician and he arrived even earlier than I had expected and had corrected my issue within a very reasonable time frame and answered all of my questions and concerns for any future issues I may encounter. I was so satisfied with the service it was a no brainer for me to sign up for a service agreement and have them come out for any future issues I might have.

Called to setup an appointment for new AC installation. Earliest appointment to speak to Moe was a week-and-a-half out. Called the representative to get some basic questions askedtalked to Stacy and Michelle. They said they would call me back with the answers. Instead of answers, they called back and said Mo could answer when he came out.

Not surprisingly, Moe cancelled his appointment. Not only that, but they said he was taking other service calls, although they said he was out on an emergency during my first reschedule. So, i asked them again if they could answer a few basic questions. No response after calling them 4 times. Basically, 1 person has an answer for a question regarding AC sales and everyone else is clueless, including the managers. Definitely not a company you want to have install or repair your AC unit. That is, unless you want incompetent people servicing and installing your unit."your just asking for trouble."

I had a tub which was hard to get in and out of and had no hand bars for safety. I was reading the Herald-Mail one morning and saw Larry and Sons ad for their bathroom redo. I decided to check it out and called the number in the ad and made an appointment with Jason. When he came to the house and asked what I was interested in doing, I explained what I would like done to the bath. He explained the choices in materials, colors etc.. To make a long story short, I decided to go with a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. I also had grab bars installed. Michael and his helpers were very instrumental in getting the job done and took the time to answer any questions that I had. At the end of each day, you couldn't tell there had been anyone in and out working in the bath. I was very, very pleased with the renovation of my bath. Everyone that I had contact with was very courteous and friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of redoing their bath. Also, just a note of thanks for the bouquet of flowers I received from the company. It made my day much brighter.

Our experience with Larry and Sons has been fantastic from the very beginning. The sales representative Mo Colella was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He not only sold us on the system we bought but the company as well. He spent almost 4 hours with us and we never felt pressured to buy a system from him.

The technicians that installed our system, Daniel P and Adrian, also did an outstanding job. They were very professional to the point you almost didn't know they were here. The installation and job clean up was perfect. Both guys were extremely nice and also took the time to answer any questions we had. They made us feel like they had been servicing our family for years and that they were part of the family.
