Room was dirty. Fabric was worn away on chair leaving a lot of the padding showing. Will not ever stay there again. The receptionist was nice.

Very nice people. Some amenities dated, but Rudy, the owner did every thing in his power to make our visit pleasant. We stayed for a week during renovations. Given a little time and attention, this motel would easily b a 4

liked staying at Lamar Inn & Suites. Me and my sister went to Georgia for her step-daughter's funeral. The funeral home, William's Funeral Home, was very nice, next to the motel. The Huddle House, and The Waffle House is in front of the motel. Also, Ingle's grocery store is across the street, all the conveniences of home. Tonya, the manager was very nice. She help us feel comfortable and safe. She has Taxi service which is reasonable. The rooms are pretty clean, with Direct T.V. , shower, sink. microwave. and fridge. She doesn't own the motel. It belongs to some Indians, which could use some updating. She takes care of the place the best she can. They have reasonable prices, if you stay a week you pay for 4 days and get 3 days free. That's GREAT! This was at the beginning of Feb. 2017.

The absolute worst place I've ever visited! Dirty & unprofessional are nice ways to describe this place. There was no one at the front desk to even check you in when we arrived. I left & requested a refund.

Outside of hotel looks best, rooms are mostly clean, but could use some extra attention with maintenance, beds low to ground really needs new box spring and mattress . Room was upstairs no elevator hallways very hot, room was also fist hour or so, Ac cooled it down though. Towels are old and kinda stained but clean. Furniture was ok, but bed needs updating. Front desk clerk was very friendly, pretty sure she was the manager, she had a very sweet little Dog that stayed up front with her. Overall I think the owner needs to put some more money into the place and this could be a much better hotel. I was happy for its location and walking distance to Huddle House and Waffle House right in front of hotel. It's the only hotel within the area that I know of unless you go to Griffin etc. Would most likely stay here again just because of its location close to jobsite and having such a nice greeting from lady up front, this made up for the short comings that the owner needs to put some money back into his business.
