The office atmosphere and staff were warm and friendly.
The office is clean and efficient
The Dentist and medical staff.
Made me feel relaxed from the beginning
and spent time answering all my questions.

The staff and Dentist are all around great people who care very much. They are sincere and brought me to happy tears with the results of my teeth. It's because of this business that I have a new found confidence in my smile and I will be forever grateful, thank you Lakewood dental. I will only have nothing but great things to say about this special office and am glad to be apart of it,

Had a great experience here. I had to come in and get a tooth pulled and they were nothing but nice and comforting to me. When it was time they numbed me perfectly, I couldn't feel a thing, and they walked me through exactly what they were doing for me. They will be doing the rest of the work that needs done to me. You will like them. Thank you Lakewood for your help!

Great staff! Very welcoming & friendly! I've got filling, root canals, crowns, & molars taken out with no problems!! I have a perfect smile now! Would definitely recommend to everyone! Thank u Lakewood family dental! See you in 6 months for my 6 month cleaning!!! 😁😁

I love them at lake wood dentist, i was in tears when I lost my front teeth,but the dentist told me don't worry he going get me back smiling again and sure enough he kept his word. I feel better than ever when I walked out. I recommend that everyone to stop by lake wood dentist. Thanks too everyone again at lake wood. Now I have a reason to keep smiling

Jessie and Venesia were the best seceretaries! Very friendly and upbeat. Jessie is great.. every time I come in she has a smile on her face and is so easy to talk to, love her! The dentist I had was very understanding and patient as well.

Dr. Was very nice and took time to explain everything. Staff tried to make things as affordable for me as possible. And, the dental assistant (Chelsea) was OUTSTANDING!

I have found everyone who works there to be very polite and carring about your comfort. They take the time to explain what will be done. This helps put me at ease. I would and have recommended you to family and friends.

We love Lakewood! They have convenient Saturday hours and were able to get me in ASAP for an emergency procedure the same day within hours. We will be going there for all of our cleanings, etc too! I haven't found another place in town with such great hours for a single working mom this is huge! Staff is friendly and courteous too!

I went for my teeth extraction and some cavities to be done it's my first time to go dent.

Unreal! This practice needs to be shut down. No clue which dentist I had. He barely spoke English and didn't introduce himself at either appointment. I waited over an hour and a half for this man to look in my mouth for the SECOND TIME IN ONE WEEK, set his tool down , said nope, and WALKED AWAY! He pulled a tooth a few days before. He SHOVED THAT NEEDLE INTO MY GUMS SO HARD I about jumped out of the chair, then went right to ripping out said tooth without waiting for the Novocain to take effect. It was so painful.I had a previous infection. He looked at my X-ray's that day and wanted me to make an appointment to come back to remove the other tooth that was causing me incredible pain for weeks. I have Medicaid so I'm prettying screwed in Bloomington. I still cannot chew, or lay down without my entire jaw throbbing. And I am 4 months pregnant. Do not take yourself or your children to this god awful, unprofessional, extremely unclean mess of a "dental practice". I always give credit when credit is due, but the only thing due here is a letter to the BBC and the health department. Walk away like you're on fire.

Rosa was my dentist and she was AMAZING! She took care of everything I needed and was a very great listener when it came to how I was feeling while she was working. She made me feel completely comfortable and like I was part of a family here! Ps- - Rosa is the one with the most beautiful Amber eyes you will EVER see Lol! They are gorgeous just like her dentistry!!!!

The four stars are ONLY for the dentist staff, not the actual dentist. I came in after having jaw pain and they never really could give me a clear answer as to what the issue was. They made me feel like I was a hypochondriac looking for pain pills. Had a second opinion and he was able to find the issue right away. Go figure! Just because someone is on the medical card, does not give you the right to treat someone like a second class citizen. I have missed a crap load of work and time lost with my kids for an issue that could have been solved weeks ago! Thanks! The hygienest and receptionist are super sweet and seem to actually care. One actually gave me the hint to go else, but won't mention names ;)
