It's nice for what it is, but if you want to do since serious shopping you're better off going out of town to the Eagle Ridge or Lakeland Square Mall.

This place needs a serious investor's help! With about half of the stores closed or closing, I'm afraid it may just run itself into the ground. They have a few major retailers left fortunately, i.e Sears, Belk, Bealls, JcPenny, Bath &Body Works but that's pretty much it. Someone come help this place , it would be worth it I'm sure!

Have always had a good experience here at Outback Steakhouse. Obviously if you come during peak times then you will wait to be seated and there will be more waiting for the food. Free WiFi & Great food and drinks. Become a dine-in rewards customer free and every 4th visit you get $20 towards your food order.

Not a lot in the mall. Didn't rally have food court and not a very large selection of stores either. They did have Small play area in the middle for little ones to play on which was nice.

Has the feel of another mall on its way out. Very few shoppers at the most common shopping time. Food court has a poor selection of quality foods.

First time going to lakeshore and it was my daughter's homecoming dress. There wasn't much but we did score the perfect dress for far less than I ever thought

Not the greatest. This is a old Mall. Could use updating. Has movie theater but the stores are and not trendy Or upscale. This is what we would call a dead Mall.

Mall is old and most of the stores are closed. It is basically no thing more then a great place to walk in AC. Some updates have been made in the last year or so but no new store have opened.

What was once a vibrant and busy mall now lacks much of that traffic. Storefronts are leaving, the mid-aisle carts are mostly gone, and even the food court is sadly lacking (the pizza place is gone!). The movie theater has become AMC Dine-in and it seems to still do decent business. Otherwiseweb shopping is killing this place.

By far, the least lively mall I've ever been too. If one wants to shop, it's better to just do the two hour drive and head to Sawgrass Mills.

There are many vacant store fronts, but the mall itself looks to be in good shape. We needed some ballet shoes and the Payless had them. I gave three stars because it would not be a good place to just handout and visit with friends.

this place needs a upgrade and better stores Big time. Use to have Claire's and Rave now all we have are stores that suck. And people only go there to walk so they don't have to walk on the heat. How lame is that?

Quiet little mall with decent services. Lots of empty stores brings the "mall experience" down a little. Nice atrium!
