Like this mall easy walking not usually crowded normally around the Christmas season and the weekends you see some crowds. It may not be the greatest mall but for locals it's a mall and they still have some decent stores. They could use a restaurant to go inside the mall maybe that could help but they have a food court at least. Online shopping has really done a effect to some parts of this mall and people going to other malls. They lost a anchor earlier this year which was Macy's it's unknown if they'll find anything to replace it. Like how they updated a few store like Victoria's secret and Bath & Body Works it really needed it. The remaining anchor stores are okay nothing exciting. Sears could be the next anchor to close always looks empty every time and looks like it's rotting away. The mall is conveniently right off I-4 something to check out in Lakeland nothing to go out of the way for but it's decent compared to other malls like (Gulf View Sq in Port Richey and Eagle Ridge in Lake Wales).

Wonderful day to eat outside nice outside area. Excellent waitress Robin and very good burgers. Yummy seasonal Martini Gingerbread Cookie.

Wonderful mall. All kinds of shops and a movie theater with reclining seats! The food court has a good variety. There are even some not expensive stores like H&M and Rainbows.

Late version of the traditional mall with strong anchor stores. Modern design with short corridors which keep the tradition mall noises down. Adequate parking and access.
Wanted a cup of coffee, alas it was not to be, all food related seemed to be only in a small out of the way food court. Other malls I enjoy have various food and beverage vendor dispersed amount the corridors.
Nice mall but not worth going out of your way for.response / report this review -

Godd mall over all, they need to take care of the entrance. You can have the best mall in side but if the building don't looks atractive from out side people don't gonna go to often.

The Cinemark theater is Awesome. Very different movie theater experience with the reclining leather chairs and reserved seating. Very nice movie watching experience.

Went to take my daughter homecoming dress shopping. There were slim pickings for stores. Everything in the mall is marked down for store closing. You might be able to find a good deal.

The Lakeland mall has definitely come a very long way! I went and was quite impressed to see H&M and also a Pandora store. They've done a lot of renovations to prior stores such as BBW & VS, which also moved their location within the mall.
The mall looks great and has grown tremendously! I don't feel I have to drive to Orlando or Tampa anymore just to find decent clothes.response / report this review -

This mall is still hanging in there it has a good selection of stores including Hollister, American Eagle, H&M, and more. Parts of the mall are vacant including the former Macy's wing there is a FYE store still here. The department stores really show it's age like Dillard's the carpet is old and stained and the bathrooms are outdated. Easy shopping without the big crowds normally it's busier on weekends and holidays. Hope the mall can survive for many years to come it's well updated in the mall just not the department stores. The mall could increase security every mall needs plenty of security for mall safety. Either way it's a pleasant shopping experience hope they include more stores soon so it doesn't get more vacant. Lots of traffic goes to Brandon Mall due to all the stores they have which Lakeland mall doesn't have. Lakeland Mall is great mall and very enjoyable and the food court has plenty of places to eat.

This is a nice mall to go to. It has a better selection of stores than the mall in Lake Wales (Eagle Ridge) like American Eagle, Hollister, Rue21, Children's Place, Etc. The food court had a great selection of restaurants to choose from including Chick-Fil-A, Charley's, Perry's, Great American Cookie, Etc. Plus the staff I've encountered there is friendly and smiling. I will recommend this mall to anyone looking for one to go to.

Its a mall. No security ever seen allowing punks to throw fireworks at sleeping infants. Oddly specific? You better believe it.

This is a nice mall. The food court has really good option. The kiosk people never hound you, begging you to try their product. Its always been pretty clean.

The clientele here are fuggin garbage. There are some decent stores and a really nice theater. I recommend avoiding most stores if you can though. Unless you have a license to carry. Then you're good

Probably the last mall Polk County will see if Eagle Ridge ever finally shuts down. The mall is kept up pretty well and seems to be doing pretty well in terms of success. Would probably give give stars if it was able to fill all of the storefronts with better stores.
