We went to see the Star Wars movie in 3D, my first visit. Nice place, comfortable seats, good popcorn & all the people we dealt with were friendly. I did not eat there other than popcorn & a soda.

I hate this place and will never go back there. I took my kids for thanksgiving to see justice league and the place smelled like pure cat piss. I know there is no cats in the movie theater, but that's how bad it was. I am driving all the way to lakeland tomorrow to see starwars. I rather drive a hour and see it where it's nice then drive 3 mins to lakeshit mall. This place needs to be shut down. They can't call this a mall

Only giving one star because I had to give a star to leave a rating. The food used to be really good here. Don't know what happened but will never buy there again. Way over priced. $32 for Nacho's and two drinks.
Worst Nacho's ever!! How do you screw up nachos?
Side note: Who ever was in the kitchen wouldn't stop talking. Even after a fellow movie goer asked them to be quite. Totally ruined the movie experience. #AMCresponse / report this review -

Management made this experience entirely unpleasant to say the least. They accused my boyfriend of videotaping the movie we saw on his cell phone, no less, and persisted to harass us even after he voluntarily put it away, THEN displayed his phone and album after they came back again without cause, with progressively senior management for a third time. It was definitely unwarranted overkill. I wrote to the district manager and encouraged my boyfriend to file a complaint.

A bit old needs newer features, but overall nice, clean, and fast establishment. New food menu is superb, and staff has gotten bigger, still room for improvement, very clean and inviting

This theater is old, disgusting, and has a horrible staff. It looks like it has never been renovated and most of the seats have springs broken / broken arm rests. Go to the B&B Theater, they just did a full renovation and has a much better staff and screens and sound. (Heck, they even have recliner chairs,

Seats were shity for a movie theater not a lot of space for a family if u go to the one u eat at. And how do eat at a table when it's also super small. I expected more for the price.

What a really bad experience we had tonight. We came to watch a 6:50 pm showing of a movie. We arrived at 6:45 pm and sat through 40 minutes of commercials and previews. When our movie came on it was an entirely different movie. The staff there said they changed the sign above the entrance at 6:45 pm while we were inside. No courtesy to let us know our movie was changed to a different location. The movie we wanted to watch was playing all this time, so we were out of luck.

They have good customer service and friendly staff. They have arcade games but snacks and drinks are pretty expensive there than the price it should be and the furniture needs improvement.
