This place is mostly a large trailer park for smaller trailers. But our stay was without incident. The staff was friendly. There is a pond for fishing and a pond with a 4' alligator in it. There is a weight room and a swimming pool. You have to pay for WiFi and there is no cable. Not a bad place for a short stay.

I visited family members here. They have such a nice community and the folks are very friendly. My 4 uears old son Loves the pool and area! He says he wants to go back, and I do as well. 😄

This is in Frostproof, FL. My brother lives there and it is great for him. Owned a park model so lot rental is low and utilities are quite low. He loves it.

Monthly rate is $259. Not bad considering there are two swimming pools and a hot tub and lots of activities. We just bought a park model for under $10,000.
