They care about my needs as a patient. I get to put a washcloth over my eyes and pick the genre of music; they have me wear headphones. This reduces feelings of anxiety and claustrophobia; I have both really bad. My spine is really messed up too; they always give me a pillow to put under my knees because I can't lay flat on my back unless I do that.
