Customer service was not a priority on the day I visited. No one anywhere around the men's department to ask for help. When we checked out the lady barely spoke to me, never smiled. The lady at the desk was sarcastic and rude when I asked if they still gave out gift boxes. She told me to go buy some. I have no problem buying them (somewhere else now) but the last time I shopped at Kohls for Christmas they did. You just had to ask. That was 2 or 3 years ago but I thought it doesn't hurt to ask. She literally laughed when I asked. I care about where I spend my money. It will not be at this Kohls.

I really love this Kohls store. It is always clean and has great merchandise and many sales at all times. It is a store that carries something for everybody.

I was there at Kohls on Friday Oct. 6th and my interest was the jewelry department. There I found what I was looking for with the ease of looking without hassle from the employee. The sales lady (Keri) was wonderful, friendly, nice, pleasant, even funny with a beautiful smile. When I found the pieces that I liked she was eager to help me. Needless to say I bought those that I liked best, three rings and a pair of earrings.
Keri was a great help and I appreciated her opinion.

Above average place for shopping. Some good deals but some better clearance racks. Always ask the person working that area if they have any other stuff available for clearance.

I always have a great experience at Kolh's here in Osage Beach. We vacation there in the summer and fall and stop in the store everytime we are in town. The employee's are very pleasant and helpful.

I know that Thanksgiving is a very busy time for all retailer's. We waited in line for almost 1.5 hours to checkout. They need to figure out how to move people through the store quickly and efficiently. I've been to black Friday before at other places and kohls is by far the longest wait I've ever encountered.
