Extremely disappointed.dropped off my Seadoo was told in a week I would have the estimate of cost. I waited 3 weeks with no word. Finally I drove up there asked what was going on and was told they still don't have it. A couple days later I got the call with the estimate. I was told before July 4 I would have it ready. That wasn't the case. July 10th it was finished. I take good care of my Seadoo. Always covered garage kept. I dropped it off covered and told it would remain that way. Again wasn't the case. I picked it up full of water and muck. The cover smelled of mildew I found stuffed in one of the compartments. Overall changing the part looks like they did a good job, but when your paying a price like they charged me. This is unacceptable.

I trust these folks. They could have easily charged me for new trim tabs ($1200) but instead found the problem and repaired them. This was the third time them have worked on my boat and I'm a very satisfied customer. Friendly folks!

Make sure you get a WRITTEN estimate AND confirm the person that gives it has the authority to issue it. They have a habit of adding a LOT of extra work not asked for then charging heavy for it. I'll never go back there.

Pleasant to deal with. Upfront and forthright. Nice to have a business in Highlands County that is trustworthy. Hard to come by here after other bad experiences over the years. Whether fishing or boating they have answers.
