  Pricing is wrong!!!! I went there with exactly enough money and It came out twice as much as it was on the website!!! I was in Sandusky for 5 hours waiting for the stupid thing. Not coming back

  Great scary place, they claim 4th scariest in the nation. Be waaware if you have problems breathing.

  Amazing Halloween experience. You get a lot of scares for the price of admission. Took my 8 year old son through this haunted house and he loved it. Great job of putting together an awesome experience.

  Coming from a different haunt it is hard to scare me then a regular customer. But last night coming through I got scared multiple times! This haunted house was very well put together. The actors were great. The lighting and props were just right! The rooms were put together super well!!!! The length of the house is perfect as well. Great job guys! I would totally recommend this haunted house.

  Lake Eerie FearFest is scary, creative, and so much fun. Went with a group of 10 and we all agree that the actors are convincing, props and details are outstanding. I have never see my friends scream so much as they did in the scary line. You wouldn't think being scare could be so much fun. It is truly an Ohio tradition and should be viewed by all. Wish I could give 10 stars cause that's what it deserves!!

  WOW! What a rush! I always try to visit each October to a few different haunted houses but I must say Lake Eerie is by far the best one to date. From start to end I was kept on my toes. The actors are very intense. I would be exhausted trying to do what they do all night. I really hope to journey back with more friends in the future.

  I've attended Lake Eerie Fear fest for 3 years as a scar host.
  And I would half to say this is the best place to bring the family if you want a good thrill experience!
  Not to mention the owners Billy and his dad are one of the very few people who actually care about the workers AND guest and try there best to switch up the haunted house's each year to provide a new experience for previous guest.
  
  Oh and each haunted house takes about 25 minutes as long as you are NOT running through the place and as far as pricing you gotta think of how expensive it is to run a place like this employees, power, insurance, the new buildings they installed.
  It's not cheap
  
  Ghostly Manor takes about 45 minutes and in my opinion the best haunted house.
  The owners, managers and supervisor's even do a walk through to make sure everyone is on point.
