This is by far the best branch of the bmv I have been to many of them and prefer to travel out of my way to come to this one, it's clean and the service is usually fast and friendly even though these people have to put up with some serious A**holes all day. Thanks Batavia BMV you guys are great!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff!! Very efficient and obvious management takes alot of pride in customer service. Have been coming to this branch for over 10 years and can say the current deputy registrar is far better than the previous given the staffing and service level provided. Definitely recommend!

If you have a court ordered title transfer, save your time and breath and go somewhere else. They don't know how to look over court documents, will refuse service if your name is in any way different between court documents and driver's license, and they didn't have a supervisor on site and expected me to wait 20+ minutes until a supervisor showed up at the Beechmont location. Ridiculous.

I buy and sell a lot of cars each year (not a dealer). I've always had a good experience at this BMV. I've been to several others and this one is by far the smoothest running. If you show up at the end of the day on Friday and expect to be in and out, well that's stupid. My son took his driving test here as well. Easy process and fair. I wouldn't want to do what they do for a living but they are good at it. And for the most part if you're nice and patient with them, they are very helpful and accommodating to you. (Golden Rule kinda thing).

Well first off this one of the best DMV/BMV I have been to across the US, I showed up around 438pm sat down for a few minutes and was called up quickly. I am from out of state and figured there would be some hoops to jump through but actually there was not. I was greeted by Jeanie who was so nice and polite through the whole process. After getting all the paper work in the system, the Manager Kristen took over and processed everything through (by that time they were closed). We found out some of my endorsement weren't on there and had to call the State. The ladies were calm and down to earth with me, had some great conversations to burn the time. Then next thing you know the State figured out the issue and corrected it (even after business hours so I didn't have to come back again). Kristy and Jeanie resubmitted and everything came out complete. These wonderful ladies stayed late and worked hard to make sure everything was complete and done right the first time. Even the new trainee Traya stayed to watch, learn and take my picture. I am glad they went over and beyond to make it a great experience, they are truly over achievers. Thank you so much for the great experience.

Terrible service. The so called manager has a terrible attitude. I was outside when they called my number. I walked in very last call. My number was still on the board and I went up to the counter. The lady which is a manger. (Need some people skills) rudely told me I'll have to get a new number. So. Now I'm currently sitting here having to wait an extra hour for a tiny little fix. Thanks a lot BMV. Worst place to go. Milford will for now get my business.

Horrible. For your temps test, they dont tell you if you pass or fail they just expect you to know. there are basically two versions of the test one hard and one easy. It is mot fair at all. The driving portion of the test is easy except the school zone maybe but the maneuverability is unfair. They use small cones which is unrealistic as a car is not one foot tall. The lady testing me was emotionless and only said one thing which was turn around and park. This was after I failed. She was unsympathetic and her face was in resemblance to a brick. The place where you pick up your license smells like smoke and is unsanitary. Only half the people there to help you are friendly. Good luck is this cruel unfair place.

I walked into this bmv location just minding my own business when I accidently my shoelace. Once blood started pooling around my unconscious body, I was asked to leave. 3/10 - would not BMV here again
