HORRIBLE! Spent a whole day talking to multiple people about one specific car debating if it was worth over an hour drive considering I'm 37 weeks pregnant and traveling with a 2 year old. I Decided I wanted to make the drive and once I got there it was a completely different car just to meet my price range.
We just tradedin our vehicle and got a brand NEW F150. Our sales person Maria Llorca helped us look through all their options and find the best fit for us. And the manager Thomas Campbell went out of his way to make sure that we left with the truck we wanted. They both did everything they could so it would all go as easy as possible. We appreciate everything and would definetly go back and recommend it to everyone.
Just purchased new Vehicle for my business from Luis Guerra (Salesmen) Thomas Campbell (Manager) and Gary White (Finance) and wanted to take the time to say what a great experience that I had at the dealership I would recommend that anyone needing a vehicle go and see these guys once again great experience.
Stay as far away from this hole-in-the-wall as possible. One glance at the facility and staff should indicate the type of service you'll receive. They still owe me $200 (They acknowledge they owe me the money, yet the check's been "in the mail" for four months; I call and leave messages and nobody ever calls back; everyone I've ever talked to about the matter "no longer works there". Bottom line: they have no intention of paying me.)
Here's the worst part: if you trade your truck in (you'll sign the title over to them) they'll wait 20,30,40 days to payoff your vehicle, meanwhile you have to make your payments or you'll go delinquent on your loan. It can end up costing you hundreds of dollars. Go to a real dealership like Brandon Ford or Sam Galloway. I'll never do business with these dishonest people again.
I can't say enough about my sales experience here. I came in somewhat educated on the differences between all the F150 models, but my salesperson, Julian, took the the time to guide me through the ENTIRE vehicle from back to front and every, single feature. Then, he took me around the lot and showed me the difference between all the models on their lot. It was exactly what I was looking for. It's also great working with someone who is an expert on what they are selling. I was at other dealerships where I felt like I knew more than the salesperson. The dealership is definitely not state-of-the-art, but does that really matter? I really just want to deal with a place that knows what they are talking about, is honest and straightforward, and sells me what I came for at a really good price. They checked all those boxes. Labelle Ford will be the first place I go in the future.
I had a couple of awful car purchasing experiences recently, and it is great to see business values still exist in the car sales field.
