RUN AND RUN FAST! Been a Ford owner for over 15 years, most incompetent, deceitful group of individuals I have ever dealt with. Body shop is below sub par and did a disgusting job on my repairs, charged for work not even done then lied about it. Sam Galloway much better! Don't give these crooks a dime of your hard earned money!
They have/had a 2007 Mustang Convertible listed on Auto Trader for $10600. I drove there and the sticker on the car said $13,900. I drove the car, liked it and offered them the internet price out the door. They came back wanting $13,900 saying something lame about where they are and tax and license fees. Tax and license would of came out to about $1100 which would of equaled around $11700. Makes me wonder what was happening.LaBelle Ford is Not even BBB Accredited and gets a F rating from the BBB.
UNSCRUPULOUS! ! Went to pay $1380 cash price as listed on CARFAX, confirmed via phone then in person and they handed us a bill for $3090.00?! Their excuse was tax, tag, and DEALER FEES?! Unbelievable!
It was nice and small. Maria was excellent. Down to earth.
Was nice to be treated like family instead of just another customer.
Do not buy a 2016 ford fiesta. Have only owned it for a few months and already transmission goes out.the air conditioner vents won't stay open. Buttons on sterling wheel has come off. Worst car I have ever had in my life.
Greatest place to buy a car Chris went out of his way to fine us a perfect car and get us a unbelievable deal.
HORRIBLE! Spent a whole day talking to multiple people about one specific car debating if it was worth over an hour drive considering I'm 37 weeks pregnant and traveling with a 2 year old. I Decided I wanted to make the drive and once I got there it was a completely different car just to meet my price range.
I can't say enough about my sales experience here. I came in somewhat educated on the differences between all the F150 models, but my salesperson, Julian, took the the time to guide me through the ENTIRE vehicle from back to front and every, single feature. Then, he took me around the lot and showed me the difference between all the models on their lot. It was exactly what I was looking for. It's also great working with someone who is an expert on what they are selling. I was at other dealerships where I felt like I knew more than the salesperson. The dealership is definitely not state-of-the-art, but does that really matter? I really just want to deal with a place that knows what they are talking about, is honest and straightforward, and sells me what I came for at a really good price. They checked all those boxes. Labelle Ford will be the first place I go in the future.
I had a couple of awful car purchasing experiences recently, and it is great to see business values still exist in the car sales field.
What a waist of 5 hours of my life. We picked out a Ford Escape Titanium. We test drove it. We sat down with Jim to talk numbers. We finally arrived at a price. After doing all of the paperwork we left with "our" new Escape. It wasn't until I realized that we didn't get the registration that it all started to head South. I had my son return to the stealership to retrieve the registration from Jim. My 16 year old son had enough wisdom to check the VIN on the registration against the VIN on the car. Ummm Houston, we have a problem. They didn't match. They sold us an SE model and delivered a Titanium model. I went back there because they don't answer their phones after 4 PM. I stormed in to the Sales Managers office and he has the balls to ask me"can I help you". Really!!!!! He was fully aware of the situation after my son made it known that there was a problem an hour prior. He starts inputting numbers into his computer to try to salvage the deal to no avail. The sales manager and salesman just agreed between the two of them that it was a simple mistake that had occurred because of multiple deals going on. Bullshit!!! It was multiple people not doing their jobs! If just one of the three people involved in this deal would have done their due diligence they would have caught this error. After the two of them really couldn't have cared less, we shredded the contract. If you choose to do business with the new Labelle Ford, make sure that you do your homework. Unfortunately "yall' isn't spoken there anymore".
Disappointed that they charged me an extra $399 after we agreed on price and called it a vehicle package, this on top of their $599 prep charge and $224 filing fee. Had I not been in a hurry to get to an appointment (they knew this), I would have caught charge and walked away from deal.
Let me start by saying I hate going to a car lot and being attacked by sales people. I hate the back and forth price negotiations. I have never had anything nice to say about a car buying experience.
But, I actually feel obligated to write a favorable review to this dealership and my sales person. I called Langford Ford to inquire about a used vehicle that I had found online. I had been shopping for almost 2 months for exactly what I wanted at a price that I could afford. On more than one occasion when I arrived at a car lot the car had been misrepresented. I spoke to Mike and asked him to describe the vehicle honestly because I was driving 2.5 hours each way. As we all know pictures are only telling part of the story so I was praying he was being honest. When I arrived I was thrilled that the car was honestly and accurately described on the phone. I am happy to say they had the best price around, the sales people were friendly and informative but definitely not pushy. The purchase was fast and easy. Mike even set up all of my sync and navigation stuff for me. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ford. I love my new expedition! It was worth the drive!
Excellent service. I told Pat what I thought I wanted and soon he had a car for me to look at. I had done a lot of research and had some trouble making up my mind but when he got the vehicle in it was just what I was looking for. I never feel any pressure to buy when dealing with Langford Ford and always feel that I am getting a fair deal.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Langford Ford and was really happy with my purchase. Ricky Rodriguez was the sales guy and he was really nice and made things go as quick as possible. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Got a great deal on my 2012 Explorer. In the future will shop Langford Ford before others.
