It is a great park for families with little children. Some of the children that go there are rude, though some are really nice, I guess it depends on how the parent teaches the child. If the parent teaches the child.
Even though this park is small there is a track and field ,a place to work out which was not there before u can even take the kids there to play.
Great place for toddlers and older kids that play sports.
Oh there is a baseball place
Very clean with lots of trees. It is mostly baseball field but has a well tended jogging track.
I was surprised by how nice this park is. There is a walking track and those beige exercise machines you see in parks nowadays. Two baseball diamonds and several grassy areas with a kids play area. There is also a little cafe in the park. The big drawback is parking. The lot is only for employees so you have to park on the street. Meters are available and one side of the street has one hour parking. Don't overstay because the parking enforcement people are out in force.
I love this park. It's great for so many things. The playground is the best. It has equipment for multiple ages from toddler to school age kids. It has swings, rockwall, baseball fields, concession stand with actual food, drinks and snacks. Vending machines that actually work. Tables, some with chess boards and benches throughout the park. It's great for taking a baby strollers or a going for a jog. I'm not sure if it has grills in the park but it would definitely be a good location to have a get-together with a large or small group. I love it most for the playground and that it's in walking distance from my home.
This has a playground with swings, sand and a small climbing area. All with little shade. If the weather is not too hot, it's a good spot for change of scenery, but not a full day park.
Finding the gem of a work out space ,on my way home from work was so cool! Great work out machines.
It's a great place to exercise or just relax!
The Play area needs work, Its too sunny for the kids to play , specially with the sand reflecting the sun.
Nice park with a decent recreation facility building. The kitchen area is a little worn and could use a little attention, though it's clean and in good working condition. Generous parking is available across the street and it's free after 6 pm, which is very convenient if you're attending an event in the rec center. Do plan ahead, though, as the parking facility is on the other side of busy, high-traffic La Cienega. After parking in the garage (approach from the south-bound lane of La Cienega for easy access), you'll need time to walk to a cross street, wait for a traffic light, then cross and walk south or north to your destination. As north-south traffic takes precedence, this can take time.
Great park in the middle of the city. Nice walking/jogging path.
