  Today I decided to do an impromptu hair salon visit. I called at 1:00pm and they offered me a 1:30pm appointment! I randomly selected a stylist, Valerie. I went in wanting just a simple cut but after we discussed what I was looking for, we decided to do a wash/cut/dry & toner application to remove some of the warm tones in my hair.
  
  I can not rave enough about how amazing, kind, thorough and professional Valerie was! She took her time, listened to what I wanted, what I didn’t want and she was so fun and easy to chat with. She did a perfect job on my hair! In fact, I was so pleased I booked my next appointments with her before I even left.

  Had my first of what will be many visits to L'essence yesterday. My stylist is Amber she did an amazing job. I wanted to cover some but not necessarily all my grey's, we decided on low lights with a glaze and an awesome sleek haircut. It looks and feels great. Very thankful and will be back.

  my experience was great. the atmosphere and environment is clean. the front desk is friendly although i think she needs to smile more because she has frown on her face even though she was checking in the customers attentively. my stylist however, she did a good job on my hair. copied exactly how i like it on the picture i showed her.. definitely will come back again once my hair needs fixing

  Krista is an excellent hair stylist and treats my hair with care and expertise. I love how naturally it falls and how her cutting technique makes it a breeze to have the hair look good. She is the best stylist I ever had.

  Kim did a phenomenal job with my hair color and cut. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back.
