We’re only going to say this once (so listen good), Kaveh and his team at KSM Manufacturing are the BEST!!! Hands down for anyone looking to have their food truck built and customized. We read all the previous outstanding reviews on KSM and saw he had a 5-star rating to boot. Man, it was all warranted, we tell you. The Treat Shop was looking to get into the food truck side of the market to accent our two dine in location & we stumbled across THE MAN. Ask for Kaveh. He took us from A to Z in aiding with all we needed to know to get up and running. Knowledgeable, Patient, Courteous, Informative, Professional & most of all AVAILABLE!! Even after we completed the purchase & finished the entire project Kaveh was and is still taking our calls to assist us with insight, as if he was just starting out with us and he was trying to land the sale. CLASS ACT INDEED…..
Listen, we could go on for days about the incredible first-class experience we had over at KSM Manufacturing but go and see for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!

One of the best experiences I've ever had!! KSM is the right company for all your food truck needs. I was told it would be 3 weeks to complete the work and I was fine as this is the busy season. I called 6 days later to check in on the process. I was then told the truck will be ready the next day by 12pm. I get there and the workmanship was second to none. I got the vent and hood installed, a large serving window, a water tank and electricity done. This was all completed within a 7 day window. The craftsmanship is unbelievable!
Than I was having some trouble with my truck fuel system as it has been sitting for 2 years and he was a wealth of knowledge on fixing my truck fuel needs.I will be back later this month for more service as I just want them to do everything! I can't give this company enough stars. Thank you so much KSM!!

KSM Manufacturing was nothing but AMAZING!!! I definitely had a vision and Kaveh helped my vision come true no matter how complicated it was! His Trailers and Trucks are nothing but 1st class and he truly understands the health code guidelines for kitchens being that he was a Chef before!

Kaveh and his team were honest with me with what could work and what wouldn’t with my vision but still made my vision happen! He also had all the connections for graphic wraps, paint jobs, kitchen equipment, and everything!

Anytime I would text or call Kaveh he would answer and reply, even if I didn’t expect anything until the next day because it was after hours! His customer service is AMAZING!

Not only is his customer service great, but he is just a good honest guy all around. He is not in the business to milk you for your money, he is truly there to make your dreams come true! I will DEFINITELY be referring him to anyone and everyone!!!

It has always been my dream to own a food truck, and there is no other place that I would go to make that dream come true. The process was detailed and customized to my specifications. And above all, the expertise was outstanding. I could confidently ask any question and was sure to be advised with confidence of the best thing to do. The owner met all deadlines and was knowledgeable about the state laws and regulations. I can't wait to get another food truck from KSM.
