  Jake came out today to install an outdoor light fixture, & change the height of some pendent lights, swapping out a couple of pendents. He did an excellent job: efficient, knowledgeable, and tiddy. Jake was great at answering questions and discussing lighting options, pointing out some potential problems to consider. Regarding price, Arnold's seems to be on par with other reliable electrical companies. What sets them apart is how quickly they respond, no hidden fees, and built in discount for joining their neighborhood club. Jack Arnold , the owner is reported to treat his employees with respect and appreciation. That's important to me. I'd hire them again. Susan H.

  I needed some assistance with my hardwired smoke detectors. When I called they were able to schedule Jon N same-day to do the safety inspection. He was helpful and got my work scheduled two days later. Eric and Jeff came onsite to run a new dedicated circuit and replace some of the units. Eric went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the work that was done. Will definitely be hiring Arnold in the future.

  We had a great experience with Arnold electric! Jon was able to provide a thorough safety assessment and identify our electrical issue. Eric V was the technician that came out to the house to get the job done. He was very nice to work with and got the job done fast! I will go to them with any electrical needs I have moving forward!

  Arnold Electric was a great choice for our home rewiring. It was a big job that was done professionally and we were impressed with how quickly the work was completed. All the workers that were at our home were courteous and helpful with making good decisions on the work needing to be done. Johnathan, Jeff, Carlos, Robert, Yarow, & Sam were all great to work with. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. Many months later, we are so pleased with a new breaker box, new light fixtures, and new outlets, we feel like out old house is new again.

  Outstanding service, very professional and courteous. The work was finished as promised, at the very affordable price. Two young, very kind guys went on and beyond completing the work I needed at my Morton Grove home. This was the first time I used their services, but definitely not the last. With warranties they gave me they really stand behind their work. I truly recommend Arnold Electrical Services.
