When I purchased the media blaster I had never attempted this type of project before. Kramer Industries helped every step of the way. They determined what blaster and media would be best suited for the project, they gave support when I had questions while assembling the machine and they called to check in weeks later to see if there was anything more they could do. Also, the shipping time from when I placed the order was very quick. I had the media the next day.

Great products and great customer service! Their engineers also helped us get started. Shipping is a bit expensive but, our product is heavy so, it is to be expected. I would recommend them to anybody.

Buyer beware. Kramer Ind. charges a Pallet fee ($12.00), and Additional Freight - Domestic Shipment fee ($25.00), although the shipment was collect with an account number. These fees were never discussed and not on the quote we received. I spoke with Customer Service and they said it was a standard fee with all orders and nothing they could do. One good note is that the product was delivered on time without issue. However, we will not be doing business with them again.

Do your research first. Be very specific about your materials to be finished and have Kramer test the system on you actual products before you purchase. They don’t accept returns. The system has great potential but it does not work well for everything. Turns out Alumilite is too soft for it to be affective.
