    I have bought a lot of cars in my time and by far the team at Kraft Nissan are top notch !
    Our sales associate Jarell went above and beyond to make the process seamless. The finance team was thorough, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend them !!

    My husband and I worked with Victor Perry and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase our vehicle. We were looking at a few different options with him and he was very patient and accommodating with our situation. Victor was very quick with any questions we had and made choosing the perfect car very easy. We will definitely be working with him in the future. Great Sales Man 👍

    This was truly the easiest car buying experience I've had in a very long time. Geo, my salesman was the best. He was very thorough with no pressure. The entire Kraft team was extremely helpful. I love my ARIYA!!

    Kraft Nissan Service Department has their “A” game going!

    I called at 9:30 a.m. and got an appointment for 11:30 a.m. (Yes, the same day!).

    My service writer “Courtney” was waiting for me when I arrived at 11:30 a.m. She was very competent knew exactly what needed to be done. She even clarified and briefed me on a new technology issue that I didn’t know about (moisture detector for rainy weather).

    Courtney arranged for transportation to get me back to work and return transportation to get me back to the Kraft Service Department via Uber. A+

    All service needs were addressed and completed thoroughly by well-trained professionals from the mechanic to the porter who returned a clean vehicle to me.

    This has been by far THE BEST vehicle service experience I’ve had in my 50+ years of driving. Thorough. Fast. Courteous.

    Kudos to management, too! It is obvious your customer satisfaction and courtesy goals are resulting in great employees and very satisfied customers (like me!).

    Thank you!…and believe it or not, I’m kind of looking forward to my next visit! :-)

    Just bought a Brand-new Nissan this morning. This is my 1st time at this dealership, I am very impressed & extremely happy. I will never go to other dealers from now on. Our sales consultant is Ron Horton, he is very nice, professional, knowledgeable & helpful. Ron took a very good care of us, did lots extra services other sals would not do. This is the best car buying experience we had so far! Kraft Nissan are honest, fair & trying their best to take a good care of us! I know GM Phil for a long time as I used to buy the Toyota from him when he was GM at legacy Toyota! Now I came to Kraft Nissan with Phil. Highly recommended Mr.Ron Horton if you wish to buy a new or an used car, give Ron a call, you will not be disappointed! We saved over $3000 & got the lifetime warranty on the car! Thank you Mr. Phil & Ron.

    Took my truck in to get it diagnosed for a heat and fuel pump problem. Shortly after, Ralph in service called me and said his service tech's need more time so he charged me another diagnostic fee. The fee is already $115 for a single diagnostic and now I'm paying $230 and haven't even gotten anything fixed yet just trying to identify the problem. Ridiculous. This is something they should let you know up front instead of calling you later to tell you. So then I go to pay and the lady working at the cashier desk asked me what do I need. I said: I'm here to pick up my 2008 Nissan Titan. Her response: Do you have a name? Rude for no reason at all. Will never go back to Kraft Nissan. Terrible service experience.

    Thought very highly of this place UNTIL today. Was in for service and the owner Mr.Kraft came back interrupting service ataff to do something for him. Pretty much sayin fu customers i am more important. Will never go back. Flowers Nissan all the. Which i never bought from that place. Never will again. Owner is a prick

    This unfavorable review comes on the heels of a 4 + hour drive to visit the dealership, following two phone conversations about a Nissan Titan, for which they had the only color of this model within a 500 mile radius of my home town in Alabama. I called one day and received a price for the truck and the following day I called, nearing the end of day to ensure they had not sold the vehicle. I was assured by the salesman, Jared, that the vehicle was in fact there, since he had the keys and books to the truck in front of him. He even went as far as to offer to pull the truck out near the road so that I could easily find it. He was made well aware that I couldn't get to the dealer prior to their closing time, and I would be driving over 2 hours one way, just to see the exterior color and verify that I liked the truck as much in person as I thought from the extensive research online. I arrived and searched the entire lot, front to back (where the locked gates were near the showroom) and from side to side twice to ensure that I hadn't missed it.

    Much to my surprise it wasn't anywhere to be found!

    It puzzled me, after having a thorough conversation with Jared about my situation, and he had my name and cell phone number, in the event that it sold in the last hour of business that day. I must say that this doesn't speak well for courtesy, or customer care, nor does it promote business for the dealership. I regret to say that I will chose a different color truck and definitely a different dealership now, based on this experience.
    If your reading this make sure your getting a straight forward answer from whom ever you speak to at this dealer, if you so choose to use them.

    I, myself, would look elsewhere for a more trust worthy company to spend your hard earned money with, that appreciates you and does what they say they will do!

    Buyer beware! Please understand your rights as a consumer before stepping foot on this lot. Wonderful advertising may draw you in, but be prepared, they have no interest in beginning a relationship based on fair price and practices. Their interest is solely the bottom line just like every other car lot. Please , if you're going to shop Kraft go with eyes wide open and do your homework.

    I regularly get my Versa Note serviced here, and the mechanics do a spectacular job. Oil changes are quick, and other maintenance is surprisingly speedy as well. They have always left me satisfied, and made sure my needs were met. Everyone I have met there has been great. Specifically Todd and Jeff in the service department are extremely friendly and helpful.

    Hey guys, I typically don’t leave comments under company reviews but I felt Kraft Nissan was well deserving of my comments. I walked into Kraft Nissan four weeks ago to get a price check on my Toyota Camry and surprisingly, they gave me a great price for the vehicle. A salesman by the name of Jacob Salomon assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle that fit my needs. Before I knew it, two days later I found myself in a brand new Nissan Altima. Thanks to the Jacob, I was able to find an affordable vehicle that not only fit my driving needs but also an investment that would last me a lifetime. His customer service along with Kraft Nissan staff willingness and patience to fit my needs made it very easy to make the right decision about my new car. Thanks Kraft Nissan and thank you Jacob, I really appreciate the professionalism you guys provided.

    I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue and I was very happy with my experience with my salesman at Kraft Nissan. Jacob Salomon was proactive in searching for a reliable car for me in the car choice that i wanted and was quick to answer questions as they came up. As a first time car buyer, the process was very smooth, Jacob made it easy! he is very professional with a great personality, my car buying experience as a first time buyer was amazing. I would recommend Jacob to all my close friends and family. If you are looking into buying a car DEFINITELY ask for Jacob Salomon at Kraft Nissan.

    Kaft is all about their money, charging someone for only a diagnostic goes to show they really don't care for you as a person. They charged me $90 for a problem they couldn't identify. Had me sit for 2 hours just to come back and say my RPMs were low. If you ask me they come up with the dumbest excuses, especially if you're a female just to say they did something so they could charge you. That was even the problem because my car is still exhibiting the same problem. I rather drive 45 min out to Flowers than to deal with Kraft.

    They were the only dealership to accept me with a fair price for the vehicle I chose. I am very pleased with how my new car runs and the service I was given before receiving it. I also came back for assistance with something not related to the car and was helped by 4 people back to back from beginning to end. I applaud Kraft for the exemplary staff at this location. Thanks!

    If the sales department was separate I'd give it 5 stars--if the service department was separate I'd give it 2 stars. My wife bought her car here and it was a good experience. I bought my truck in Sarasota and I have a maintenance service agreement that works at all Nissans. Every time I've used the maintenance agreement the service department doesn't know how to process it. I have never spent less than 1.5 hours for an oil change here. I understand my circumstances are unique so take it with a grain of salt.

    My experience with Kraft Nissan Tallahassee was wonderful!! My sales Person was Thomas Sarratt he was so professional and had a great personality by the time I drove off the car lot with my new 2016 Nissan Rogue I felt like I had known him forever he made the car buying experience an awesome one . He didn't pressure me and he listened to me and my needs plus worked with me as far as what I could afford.
    Thank you Thomas being a GREAT salesman !! Keep up the Great work buddy!! I hope every time you sell a car you laugh with that person as you did with me.

    If I could give them 20 stars I would!!!! 1st, My salesman Thomas Sarratt stayed late to help me choose a car after he saw me wandering around the parking lot. He asked if I had been helped and I hadn't, so HE stayed. I had to return the next day to finalize my purchase and Thomas came in on his day off to help me work through all possible options to get the best deal for my trade. Absolutely fun & VERY concerned. I felt NO PRESSURE to buy.
