I've financed a 2000 Celica from them 18 mo. ago I've never been late on a payment sense I got the car I moved to keys and I've put over $2000 in repairs
the car broke down about an hour from my parents house last night. I called Bubba hill service department to see if they could help me i explain how I was evacuated and wasn't prepared for another thousand dollar repair bill and asked if we could work out a deal to ad the repairs to my car payments the first guy I talked to said they could but I would need to talk to service manager. the service manager called me back about 20 minutes later he told me they called help me i asked if I could at least make an appointment he said NO they couldn't help to go somewhere else.
This shows you how much they care about there customers. like I said I've made all my payments on time. these guys have no Hart

I have putchased over the years 5 vehicles from Bubba Hill..they are always so helpful. Tho quality of their vehicles is outstanding. My 04 F150 is still going strong and i bought it 8 years ago. Definitely GREAT quality used vehicles and the BEST customer service anywhere! Just bought anothe vehicle from them :)

As most of us know, the used car business can be shady to say the least. I heard that they were fair and honest and were a buy here, pay here. I almost laughed out loud, but after buying my second vehicle from them in 2 1/2 years I have eaten my words. I would not consider buying a used vehicle elsewhere. They DO have a good reputation and they want to keep it. I highly recommend them. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is probably my own hard headedness after being offended by the service Dept. Not that they didn't do their job, because they did. It was because of a sharp tongue and poor customer skills. Maybe he was having a bad day as all of us are prone to have.

I really wanted to give zero stars, this buy here pay here scam is the worst. They don't care how they get paid as they get paid. These thief's let someone else use my card and now are refusing to refund my money, even though I have absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle, fighting this through police and a lawyer now. Don't go there!! Rip off artists.

In 2011 i purchased a jeep grand cherrokee from bubba hill. Not only did i get a great selection of vehicle with extreme quality, they treated me with professionalism. I still own this vehicle after 5 years and would consider purchasing from them in the future. My daughter now uses this vehicle for daily commute to Gulf Coast College. Hello. I have purchased a car from this company about a year ago. Fred Null was our seller. I have to mention in this Darryl from Service and Sammy the Manager. All have been great. Recently my car broke down because of me running it too hot. I didnt know that. The car was taken to their shop and fixed. The price was beyond fair. I now realize that since this is my first used car there are gonna be different things I need to do like a systems check. Thank You for the Knowledge, Help and fast fixing of my car. I am currently on my second vehicle with Bubba Hill Auto. I admit that I have not always been able to pay on time, and at some points, any other company would have retrieved the vehicle while I slept, but they instead chose to work with me. As a single parent, this is incredibly important to me because financial struggles exist around every corner. When I outgrew my first car with them, they helped me into something newer, bigger and better and even with my horrendous credit, I was able to drive away at with 0 down. There will always be problems with used cars. They are just that, used. A 2006 car today is 10 YEARS OLD. A 2010 car is 6 years old. There WILL be problems. Any issue I've had, they have helped me fix and I have every intention of going back to them when I'm ready for my third because they are TRUSTWORTHY and dependable.
