  I use to love going there besides Koro the other ladies are rude to clients when you come in their place of business. It was one lady there today and when I asked was any other person coming in to do hair she laughed after I sat there for 20 mins if yall go ask for Koro no one else my opinion

  Koro, the owner was very rude to me today. When I first entered I greeted her hello, with kindness didn’t receive greeting back but fine. I then proceeded to show her what I wanted and let her know I called earlier to inquire about a hairstyle and I showed her what I wanted and if I would be able to come as early as I can the next day just so they can already be prepared and expecting my arrival as the hairstyle does take hours. She then rudely responds “and I ALSO told you we close at 7.” (I arrived at 6:22) after that I was a bit taken back so I snap back saying obviously, I just wanted to show you what I wanted just so you can ensure me you’ll be available to do so early in the morning. She then points to another braider and says “Talk to her” still with an attitude mind you I wanted her to do my hair but I talk to the other braider who was very sweet and she told me she can do it and gave me a time and a even cheaper price from which I was told. But truthfully after I left I decided I will not be spending my money there anymore. I’ve been going there since I was a child when they FIRST opened and it was RIDICULOUS how i was spoken to for an inquiry. The only reason I even went is because I’ve went to school with the family and it’s a place my family and I have known for years. I’m not sure if she didn’t recognize who I was, but even if I was a stranger have respect for customers as a customer would respect you. Unacceptable.

  They do great braids and they take there time with the hair and have great customer service and they are good with the customer

  Horrible poor rush job the beauticians are not professional of the owner is not there run cause you will get a rushed poor home made looking job and you will pay and leave feeling duped and unpretty
