I may have rated higher if not for the ridiculous wait when there was no-one in the store. Then there's the infamous jewelry sale, you know the one where are all gold jewelry is anywhere from 50-70% off but they neglect to tell you that it's not solid gold and the print telling you is so small you need a magnifying glass! If I wanted to buy someone silver, which is the color it will turn in less than a week, that is what I would buy!

This store really surprised me. I was in the area for a business trip and forgot my suit at home. They have men's and even tuxedos but no women's suits and I couldn't even find a decent business jacket. Although, they do have dress pants and blouses. Almost every other Kohls I have been to is better stocked.

All the employees are really nice, but I just find the store to be all over the place. I went in looking for suits, and the jacket and pant were nowhere near each other! I would recommend ordering online if you have something specific in mind that you need.

Plenty of deals can be found at this store. However, my complaint is the shoe department which rarely carries your shoe size if you find a style you like. One might find several options, locating the perfect shoe or sneaker on the display. Look under it, and only rare sizes exist. I have tried many different times to find shoes there, and have had to settle each time, as they simply didn't have common sizes. Also, lines take way too long. Easy returns, though you have to walk long distances to get to the return desk, which is not convenient for those on the run.

Very good customer experience. Store is very well organized. Easy to find merchandise. I've found prices and quality of the merchandise to be in alignment. Kohli's cash is a very good deal if you don't let your card balance accumulate.

It's Kohl's what can I say. Everything is scattered everywhere, sizes are limited along with the merch. However their prices are kicks ass when u find what u are looking for. If u need help locating an item at another store they aren't really helpful nor can they find out what store has what which is kind of stupid this day in age.

Huge Kohl's! They will most likely have everything you are looking for. The staff tries to maintain the store the best that they can and I generally think they do a good job doing so. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
