I had a good experience here-- the store was clean, the employees on the floor were available for questions, there were good sales, my sizes were in stock, the dressing rooms were clear of debris and clothes and the rooms have ample space and clothing hooks. The cashier was pleasant and took the time to sign me up for their rewards card and their credit card.

Terre Haute Kohl’s is one of the best places to shop for less price. This winter there is a lot of winter wear collection with huge discounts. Money saving tip is take a kohls rewards card and earn $10 for every $50 you spend and on the top of kohls cash you can also get addition discounts ranging from 15%-40%. Note: its not credit card take rewards card.

I had a return so I had to take it to customer service and they wouldn't let me make my purchases there so I had to go stand in another line not very happy about that .Prices were great

It seems that there is always a problem when it comes to their online shopping and shipping. I love the clothes and products that Kohl’s offer but as far as their system goes I’m never ordering from the again online. Ever. The last straw is, they didn’t send me all the items I ordered, I called customer service, waited on hold for 20 mins, only to be told I have 3 options, all of which are ridiculous. #1-they could reorder for me and send out what items I am missing but I would have to pay for it again since “their system” won’t let them send out items for free. Sounds like bologna to me. #2- I could go to the nearest Kohl’s store (40 minutes away) and hope that, that store carries my product and exchange it. #3-I can take it to the nearest store and get a refund.
This is stupid. Your options are all horrible for a problem that you created in the first place. No thanks Kohl’s, and you didn’t even off a comp for your mess up.response / report this review -

Had a very nice young man helping us find the right size clothes for my husband as he is hard to fit. He was very helpful. Wish I had gotten his name. He deserves 5 gold stars !!

Decided to open a charge card. Supposed to get 30%off first purchase, clerk refused to give me the 30% customer services rep #1 was snooty "I don't know why you think we should give you 30% off" because the advertisement said so, because it is even on your door she argued with me but the other customers service rep agreed with me and put money back on my card. No kohls cash though. Big selection. Well organized. Careful who you trust in that store. That rep was rolling her eyes, waving her hands telling people "what ever, shop singe where else" awful person to be working with people
